To really enjoy Luclin, you need at least 512 megs of RAM, and if your computer is slower than 1.5 Ghz, you will need to turn off the models in a raid situation. [Feb 2002, p.99]
Luclin also has some of the most demanding system requirements of any PC game ever released...[It's] easily the biggest, most significant EverQuest expansion yet.
All of this comes at a price; that game has what may be the steepest system requirements ("I need how much RAM?") of any product in the history of computer gaming.
The game is an odyssey, a huge epic that has the ability to swallow your gaming time in a terrifying and seductive manner.
