Mordhau is not for those who want a multiplayer experience that’s easy to drop into and utterly destroy foes. However, the joy of mastering its challenging system as well as memorable moments of violent ballet make these engrossing battles unique.
Mordhau honestly has to be the best medieval fighting game I've ever played. Great weapon variety, lots of special perks you can choose, cool armor you can wear, and you can even use a pan to beat people to death. If that doesn't sound fun to you, I don't know what is.
Amazing game. Best melee fighting physics that I have ever seen in a game yet. Great balancing of all classes and weapon types. A lot better than Chivalry 2 in my opinion. Check it out if you like medieval fighting games!
Mordhau is tough, violent, beautiful, and doesn't pull its punches. Despite an intense learning curve that could be better alleviated with more tutorials or better practice tools, its supreme swordplay and combat mechanics eventually outshine any initial frustration. The scale of battle is overwhelming and chaotic, but there's a definite sense to all the nonsense that, once you uncover it, gives you an incredible rush every time you go toe-to-toe with the enemy--even if you don't come out the other side intact.
Overall, Mordhau delivers a lot of medieval fun. The fights are exciting and thanks to the big selection of weapons there’s one for every taste. The fact that there aren’t very many maps and the lackluster battle royale mode hold the game back a little bit. But it still delivers what it promises and is definitely worth your attention.
A violent battle against dozens of swords, archs and war machines. The battle system is great and the ideas around the combat are one of the greatest in the genre. Needs to improve his content, visuals and sound.
On paper, Mordhau could look like any medieval brawler as we have seen for years. But in reality, it knows how to stand out with a combat system that is halfway between the arcade game and the realistic one, and a rather advanced personalization. We only regret the low number of cards and game modes, hoping that it will be completed in the near future via a few updates. However, everything is counterbalanced by a chubby humour that hits the target and will give you (at least) a few dozen hours of fun, with or without friends.
Is...almost there, the price is good i mean if you has money to waste buy,if you has doubt and not feel secure don't buy,i give a try the game has some problems but it looks good,i mean the mechanics, and know that i'm a martial artist i practique kenjutsu and know some hema knowledge and player so this game kinda trust on a ''parry'' system that maybe sounds like a block but is not is i consider it a parry cause you need press on the right time the button defense, you also can counter by doing a specific kinda attack,so here is the deal the game don't possess a block button you can't high your sword on front of you to block attacks,no ''stationary block'' so if you not parry on the right time you maybe lost your head now the thing that i ask my self, this is a multiplayer game maybe you can suffer delay on that case you can parry on the wrong time cause of the delay so here is the problem, now i just play this game for some time, the game has ranged weapons i don't play enough to see if ranged weapons like a bow or crossbow has big advantage.I just heard that this game has levels so i dunno if they put a level 1 against a level 100 player and i dunno if the level 100 have more advantage, overhaul for me is not a bad game is ''interesting'' on last and have good price, and one more thing is look like the armor is kinda just cosmetic if is truth i dunno cause i play just for some minutes.
Game it´s dead now, don´t waste your time and money... there is only Viceous Tryhards left and the game it´s very indie, don´t flow like a AAA, and cause of that your K/D will be the worst ever... just like old COD games after 3 years...
For the King !
