    During his escape from RuptureFarms, Abe received a vision from the mysterious Big Face, showing Abe that he must not only rescue his fellow Mudokons, but also protect all of Oddworld's creatures from the predatory Magog Cartel.
    After completing arduous Temple trials, and journeying across a wasteland with his friend Elum, Abe was granted the awesome power of the Shrykull. Returning to RuptureFarms, Abe destroyed the foul slaughterhouse, rescued his buddies, and brought down some righteous lightning on top of Molluck's pointy head.     … Expand

    A very atmospheric and great Puzzle Plattformer with the most original ideas ever.

This game is simply spectacular, with a very elaborate gameplay puzzles based on bright with a very good humor, colorful and interesting characters and a compelling story. Some of the minimum fault can be found is that obviously the resolution is very small and monitors medium / large loss of quality of image stretching so much. Another downside is the Spanish dubbing, the voices are very poor in contrast to the excellent quality in English.… Expand

    The controls feel very delayed and imprecise, especially for a game that has a lot of platforming. I have played other platformers with strange controls but I never seemed to adjust to Abe's choppy movements. It can be frustrating to die because Abe takes too long to react to my input. Inability to remap movement and jump keys was also a letdown.

    The puzzles are difficult but rewarding.

    I bought it on sale for $0.49, gave me 12 hours of semi-fun.    … Expand

Le ton est léger et caricatural mais pas vraiment drôle (ou alors c'est loupé) et la jouabilité a fait comme dans l'infanterie et s'est tirée ailleurs. On peut jouer à la manette mais elle s'avère si délicate à paramétrer avec cette police utilisée à peine lisible qu'on préfère encore se coltiner le clavier.

    Peu maniable et très casse-pieds (pour rester poli) Oddworld est d'une lourdeur sans précédent et soûle énormément, très vite et très rapidement. On la rangera au rayon des vieilles daubasses pourravenazes qui s'entassent jusqu'au plafond.    … Expand
