The Sims 4: Get Famous allows you to become a celebrity in the Sims world. It’s new active career makes you part of his or her climb in the ladder of mediocrity until you reach a heaven full of stars. This new expansion delivers hours of fun to the people who were born after the launch of first Sims game with its new technological way to get famous, and also their parents will enjoy becoming the protagonist of a La La Land like movie.
I love that there are many different options for how your Sims can achieve fame and the kinds of people they can shape out to be depending on how fame affects their lives and personalities. Overall, this expansion pack is solid and entertaining, and while $39.99 still seems like a high price to charge for DLC, it is pretty much worth it for any player who sees themselves using the fame system often.

This pack is so enjoyable and you can get so much use out of it. The interactive career of acting is done so much better than get to work, nice range of clothing and the world is pleasing ,may be slightly too small but regardless this expansion pack has given me hours of enjoyment. Cons : the world is slightly to small for an expansion pack and fame can come to easy which may be unrealistic to the real world,

Overall, The Sims 4: Get Famous is a fantastic expansion pack that brings a defined goal to Sims 4 gameplay. Working your way to the top through various gigs until you’re a superstar is a beautiful rush. The amount of thought and steps you have to put into the process makes this expansion complicated, yet fun. It certainly still has that Sims 4 groundwork to the process, but the feeling of accomplishment, or failure, is a bit more defined in Get Famous.
Get Famous is focused on individual fame and its consequences, but doesn't use a lot of potential apart from influencers.
It’s a shame that Get Famous doesn’t introduce anything that would definitely set it apart from Get to Work, but it still is an expansion worth playing, and not just purely out of sentiment for The Sims. [02/2019, p.48]
The Sims 4 Get Famous brings a lot of extra gameplay for the player who likes to min-max or get directly involved in their Sims' lives. Stardom is not easily won and even harder to mitigate and maintain, but the rewards and sense of accomplishment for meeting new milestones is a great incentive.
If you’re looking for a new The Sims 4 expansion pack, you can’t go wrong with choosing this one, but you also have better options if you haven’t bought any in awhile.
More function than a majority of the previous expansion packs. Fame is an added aspect that can be turned off if not wanted, so no need to focus on it. Lots of added objects and clothing.
