Renoir combines an interesting logical gameplay with great atmosphere and story. Pity that good mix of entertainment and arts is disrupted with number of different problems. The result could be even better.
At its roots Renoir is a Murdered: Soul Suspect rip-off and a badly executed one. The puzzles are repetitive, controls suck, the story is shallow and the game is annoyingly unresponsive. [01/2017, p.65]
Renoir does have an interesting story and puzzles, however, due to the terrible controls it balances on the very edge of playability. [Issue #270]
