Overall, there's some good and some bad, but--as I said--it's still Worms.
Correcting some of the issues with its predecessor and providing some new ones comes Worms 4.
Worms 4 is a competent entry that makes for an enjoyable handheld experience and one that fans both old and new will find more than enough to hold their interest.
Fundamentally this is an enjoyable new take on a truly classic game. [Nov 2015, p.81]
Worms 4 may irritate series purists, and it may intimidate newcomers a touch (its in-game tutorial and guide can use some work). Its server problems are disappointing, too. But if you approach it with an open mind, and if Team 17 applies a bit of polish, you may find this take-out version of Worms to your liking.
Worms 4 updates the ancient formula in all the ways you might expect on mobile, but technical woes and streamlining hamper the all important multiplayer.
