Milestone's racer further improves on its formula by presenting itself as a real motorbiking encyclopedia, with lots of bikes, tracks, info and a revamped graphics engine. Definitely a game to get for every motorcycle lover.

If you like bikes, enjoy racing and have a passion for speed, thrills and all things beautiful then RIDE 3 is definitely a game you need to be getting involved in. It may not have much originality in its game modes, but it does provide a quality racing experience throughout and with hundreds of stunningly recreated bikes, some wonderful tracks and hours of fun to be had messing around with customisations, there is certainly plenty to shout about with the latest entry to the best bike racing series around.

Other than a few minor bumps and quirks aside, there remains little to complain about in the latest installment in the Ride franchise. Milestone has used its vast knowledge of motorcycling titles to build one of its best titles yet. The racing is as accessible as ever and remains welcoming to players of all levels. The growing confidence in the Unreal Engine brings improved presentation, graphics and physics, and when you throw into the mix that you now have more bikes, manufacturers, locations, and the new livery editor, it really feels like the most complete two-wheeled racing game we've seen in years.

Ride 3 is better than the previous entry in the franchise, in all respects. Moto handling is good and content amount is huge. Unfortunately, there is no local multiplayer to compete with friends and online MP deserves more work. Plus, the game's tracks are still a bit empty sometimes.

Ride 3 is a good mortorbike racing game despite the franchise fatigue. Demanding gameplay and a very carefully crafted vehicle catalogue will be delightful for motorbike lovers.

It’s remarkably unremarkable. A safe sequel that changes little and only takes tiny steps to improve its own tried and tested formula. But it’s still the closest thing to Gran Turismo with bikes.

A solid bike sim, but one that lacks a bit of atmosphere and excitement.

Solid tracks and decent AI. On the One X the load times are not an issue and the game looks and plays great. If you love motorcycles you need this game...

Cons: Needs more bikes! 2017-18 models and older 70s-80s models would be awesome. More helmets and customizations please...?

    From my PS4 review:
    1. If you don't ride motorcycles or at least have an interest in them, this is not the game for you.
    2. Anyone rating this game below an 8? See point #1.
    3. While not perfect, this is the best motorcycle based game ever made. Add in more bikes from the 60s-80s and you would actually be getting closer to a perfect score.
    4. The physics of the game are outstanding and the best yet.
    5. Graphics are not on par with Forza, but they are nevertheless fantastic...again, best yet for a motorcycle game.
    6. Customizations are very good...but I personally would like to be able to put a Yosh on a Honda...a Muzzy on a Kawi...etc.

All in all, this game is fantastic if you have a love for two wheels. Is it really a 10? No...that's just to counter the morons who would give this game anything below an 8.

I was amazed by howThey’ve really delivered in terms of the presentation side of the game and the game looks and sounds brilliant throughout. I was amazed by how much customization there is available to you in the game and this customization does keep things fresh for a long time. There is a ton of realism present when racing your bike and the realism makes the gameplay very immersive through every twist and turn.
The career mode has been done really well and has a decent length to it remaining interesting at all times during your time in this mode. There is an abundance of bikes and tracks you can race thru and I was impressed with each track and bike in the game. Unfortunately the game suffers with a few small issues every now and then which does impact a little on your overall experience. The loading times vary greatly, but overall it does take quite a bit for the races to load up. The RIDE series is my favorite series from MileStone because even though I enjoy the other racing games from this developer for me the RIDE series just has a little bit more character running throughout it. As you can imagine then I was really looking forward to the release of RIDE 3 and thankfully I’m pleased to say that this is the best the series has delivered so far. Without a doubt this game has never looked and sounded better and when you combine that with the almost endless amount of customisation available to you the replaybility is very high to say the least. Obviously this isn’t the most important aspect of a racing game because the most important thing in a game of this ilk would of course be the racing itself. Thankfully I’m pleased to say that the racing has been done to perfection and the amount of realism present is off the charts. This then makes riding each bike throughout the brilliant tracks a very fun and thrilling experience and it also makes the already excellent career mode stand out. In summary recommending RIDE 3 is very easy because it doesn’t have too many problems and the problems it does have can be sorted quite easily which in turn means you have a smooth and most important of all fun and exciting experience that stays with you during each race. If your looking for an excellent simulation experience, you have found it in Ride 3, and gets two thumbs up from me.

If you're into bikes, then it's practically a must, but it should also be a blast for those dreaming of getting on 2 wheels. The single player Career mode is made up of 6 levels with 9 Events each (10 with the Season Pass) with 5 challenges to each event. This is a lot of content. If you buy the $50 disc, beware that the Season Pass currently costs $40 and does not include all bonus content. Those that purchase the Gold Edition get additional Bike Packs that will cost the player that purchases the disc and Season Pass an additional $10, putting the total cost to those that want the disc and all of the game content to over $100. I really like the game, but it's not $100 good. Ride 3 would be a great buy only if you can find the Gold Edition at a discount. Otherwise, they get you involved in too many microtransactions if you want all of the game content. Keep the sticky side down! Expand
