It's a beach party movie, marginally better than the average, with snow taking the place of surf.
Predicting that we might soon weary of downhill action, this virtually plotless ski picture is decorated with hot tub frolics and a wet T-shirt contest.
Hot Dog...The Movie! involves soft-core quickies and schoolyard one-liners and is not much fun at all. [14 Jan 1984, p.C7]
The film's only plus is some superb ski photography.
