Amazing and attractive, which, in addition to a correct adaptation of the game, offers an attractive serial effect

SEASON 1
Going back to rate this after watching 8 episodes, and to this day, this one is my favourite. The critics like to kiss up and say the more recent ones are better but I'm sorry this still takes the cake. Its kind of sad that this is the most faithful of the season so far. The series suffers from a lack of balance with action and drama, which the game, though being a game yes, handled perfectly in the cutscenes**. This is a great show, but nowhere near as good as it's source material.

Hard to turn it off, only because I don’t enjoy high paced always on the brink of death shows. After the tenth of almost but not death of the characters I had to stop! Reminded me of Gravity (the movie) except with infected humans.

Half of the episode is extra garbage to "flesh out" characters and story from the game, None of which was needed. Race swapped main characters This "true adaptation" is close but doesn't hold a candle to the weight and gravity depicted in the game. Joel feels like a pansy the Joel from the game would kick this guy's teeth in and I believe that was done on purpose.
