Do not play this game if you are not into dmc. The story is great, the voice acting and characters are memorable. The whole combo system is a tad too combo based since you can perform way better if you are not getting hit and are playing stylishly. Overall I thouroughly enjoyed my time with this from start to finish. I hope there ll be a sequel.

Nice action game with a great art style and impressive presentation. The camera sometimes bothered me a lot, it's easy to lose the overview - especially when you use the lock on and the enemy teleports through the entire room. Some levels were a bit boring and could have been shorter, but on overall the game is still a recommendation.

Characters and story is fantastic. Gets boring in the middle where the scenery and enemies are very repetitive with the game having you fight in the same town from start to finish. Combat is mediocre but at least the animations are cool. Music is not memorable but does fit the situations you are in to give a good atmosphere. Despite the flaws, it does an excellent job setting up a sequel and I do expect that one to improve on combat and enemy variety. Probably just wait for that to come out if you didn't get this game free on Epic Games.

Blank, repetitive, wavy quality.
It's like the 100th version of the same story you usaly see in animes. Hot(?) girl gets inhuman powers to fight universal forces of evil, also her kind is being despised by others.
The level designs are so repetitive, I had the constant feeling of seeing the same map ower and ower again.
Animations are like a low budget disney series.
The characters also to be honest.
Even Stefanie Joosten's voice is somehow irritating after a while
