Black Mirror 3 is the third instalment in the horror-thriller point'n click adventure series and definitely the best one yet. It's a little better than its predecessors in every aspect: the story has more intensity and puzzles are a little bit more polished. BM 3 offers a decent ending to the sinister saga of the Gordons. On the minus side the inventory is cumbersome and the grande finale loses some of the game's otherwise compelling atmosphere. Still it's worth the while. [Aug 2011]

This is a real heavy-weight in the genre of horror adventure games. Fans of the gerne will be excited.

A spectacular and horrifying ending for a long-running adventure series. Black Mirror 3 overcomes the challenge, surpasses it's predecessors and offers a great adventure full of mystery and true terror!

Whether you're new to the series or revisiting this dark world for the last time, you'll find this reflection of tortured souls and ancient family curses a mesmerizing adventure that's well worth a look.

Black Mirror III, despite grim predictions of being a repetitive game and a failure, turned out to be a really good product. The next installment of the series does a good job of continuing the tale of Gordon family's curse, explains most of the ambiguities and probably ends the whole story.

It's beautiful, well-written and cleverly-designed and if its only flaws were a flaky scroll button and blurry cutscenes, it would warrant an unmitigated thumbs up.

As classic as its predecessor, the third episode of The Black Mirror saga doesn't improve the recipe: mixed atmosphere, flat gameplay and poor ending.

In this third installment of Black Mirror, the story is actually more intense and exciting than the previous installments. It absolutely made me keep wanting to progress and see what happens next. The dark environment backgrounds are as spooky as the other installments. Although the final part of the story is not as powerful and intense as I expected, it is acceptable. In my book, the ending was great and satisfying.

Overall, it is indeed a remarkable and worthwhile experience in playing Black Mirror 2 and 3. I truly recommend this game to any point and click adventure gamers that preferred story filled with horror and mystery. I also suggest to play the previous installment of the game, BM2, before going for this one. In fact, it may be better to play from the first BM.

Surprisingly, the protagonist has become bearable compared to the previous episode, since he is much, much less verbose. The interface hasSurprisingly, the protagonist has become bearable compared to the previous episode, since he is much, much less verbose. The interface has also a tiny bit improved.

Unfortunately, the game is still very dull though. You really don't need to play this, considering the number of better point n' click games available. And the voice acting is a disaster. Including the accents, says someone whose mother tongue isn't English and who usually doesn't care of even notice.

Not as bad as its predecessor, but still a pass.
