    Hazel Iversen, the Swan, is the new Prince of the Boston Camarilla. An iron hand in a velvet glove, she intends to assert her power and respect the Masquerade, the vampiric law designed to ensure humans never learn of the existence of these creatures of the night. But nothing works as planned. With rumours of plots, murders and power struggles, you must work in the shadows to protect your Sect in a frantic investigation that plunges Boston into chaos.

    Play as 3 vampires who are over a hundred years old. Progress through the game through their intertwined destinies, deal with their different points of view and use their character sheets to try to separate the truth from the lies. Each character has their own abilities and vampiric disciplines that you can upgrade individually to suit your preferred approach.
    Will you choose intimidation, seduction or stealth? It's your decision, as long as you can sate your Hunger for blood.

    With its unique approach to gameplay, Swansong puts emphasis on the consequences of your actions in both the investigation and your social interactions with characters.     An engaging experience to sink one’s teeth into, Swansong may have its faults, but it offers a blood-curdling plot and amazing characters that simply can’t be found anywhere else.

    Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong follows in the vein of narrative games like those of Telltale and Quantic Dream, but cannot reach the same level of quality. The narrative has a tendency to feel too linear and technically wise the game is far from impressive.

    Overall, there's a lot here that fans of Vampire: The Masquerade are likely to love, and the wide expanse of skills and choices to make should add a fair amount of replayability to the story. However, newcomers to the franchise would do well to read up on the way the series works as a whole before getting started, especially if they lack experience with tabletop games and the way that experience is rewarded and utilized.

    Swansong ultimately has little to recommend it. Its writing is stilted, its storytelling muddled, and its puzzle design is mostly unimaginative. Sadly, there isn't even any kind of worthwhile payoff if you do manage to see it through to its conclusion. I reached a point where I was thinking I'd hit the close of the second act, and then the game ended. Just like this.

    The game is a challenge, it is not the typical game that shows you everything through arrows and glowing things. You have to look for answers by yourself, make your own conclusions and make your own decisions. You want a password? you have to pay attention, cause the password is not gonna be glowing in the darkness so you can see it.
    The dialogs are great and they change depending on your attributes, abilities, etc.
    It is a great game. It is not for everyone, of course. If you wanted an action RPG you WON'T like it, and I would recommend to wait for the Bloodlines 2 (Still hopeful T_T)    … Expand

The script seems developed from a napkin and game becomes boring, the only character that holds up a bit is Galeb. The discussion mechanic is the worst I've seen in the series and the SJW level is high.
    Also, I found bugs. Victoria Ash DLC caused my entire 2 hour game reset and I really don't understad why, because the content of the dlc it's poor.
    This is not what the fans deserve. If I could take a refund I would take it.    … Expand

    after the game actually started I saw like 30 different woman and 1 guy in just 3 minutes. all of the women wears BS clothes as if this is some harem video game and they all look so special like some BS anime character

    even the prince is woman lol

    too much talking, only 1% is gameplay. go watch youtube walkthrough instead if you want to shower with so many diverse women characters of vampire harem

    the game takes place in boston. who the **** likes boston lol

    oh and the elevator ride took so long you could ascend to heaven judging how long it took to reach the **** floor lol

    voices are so low quality. a white girl voice used for black character lol

Some might say the visual aspect isn't that important as in this game you spend most of the time waling, talking and reading dialogues but when you have to look at ridiculously bad character design and amateurish facial animations 90% of the time, something is wrong there. Do yourself a favor read a book instead. As a whole it's a clear example how a game would look like if made by a woke person with no talent and when SJW agenda is more important than actual polish and game quality.

    It would be dead on arrival on Steam but on EGS, paired with some trash DLC's it has a slight chance to make at least even and fool clueless people because of the sheer license, legendary Bloodlines from 2004 and even canceled Bloodlines 2 which some people still waiting for.    … Expand
