    An astoundingly good debut on the PS4: because Insomniac knows what makes these games work, and they realized that they didn't need to overhaul them from the ground up to make them work on a new system, too.

    A fun, imaginative game. Ratchet & Clank is the proof that platform games are not an outdated genre thanks to its fun gameplay, crazy weapons, great animations and some awesome new ideas.

    This remake makes us relive the old days in an excellent new look. There are a lot of new gadgets, guns and gameplay elements to keep the adventure fresh. It is a bit odd how the main characters do not really seem to have a lot of chemistry though.

    9.2/10, this game has such great gameplay, and never gets boring. I make my reviews really short but this is an easy recommendation.

They could have made it run 60 FPS with a bit more development time. Other than that, solid game and the $40 price tag is a step in the right direction for the game industry.… Expand

    One of the two games that came with my PS4 (the other being Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection) Ratchet and Clank did cement my love forOne of the two games that came with my PS4 (the other being Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection) Ratchet and Clank did cement my love for Shooters. Set in a world that doesn't take itself seriously at all, although sometimes it comes across as a bit cringey. The guns in this game are a delight to use, although a few weapons are basically unnecessary. Another aspect I don't enjoy is how boring the ship part is on Kerwan. It doesn't last long, but crashing into a building and dying isn't all too fun. And, Insomniac, don't worry. My PS4 can handle more than one save! Then why can you only have one? Except for these gripes, I think this game is a solid Shooter which rewards the adventurous, and is great all around.… Expand
