A Plague Tale: Requiem shows immense growth. It's a sequel that maintains the essence of the game and expands it, bringing a narrative experience that goes to unimaginable places as in the first game, in addition to gameplay that introduces new elements with each chapter.
The developers seem to have learned from the small mistakes of their first opus, especially on the gameplay. While the first title was considered too directional, this one is much less so, offering a much more aggressive approach. As for the scenario, it's a faultless one, the story faithfully follows the past events and transports the player as well in the terrible adventure of Hugo and Amicia. Still in France, the scenery will delight the friends of the little detail and will be able to be transported in the beauty offered by the south of our country. Will Amicia and Hugo finally find the peace they have been looking for? We strongly advise you to play the game to find the answer.

"A Plague Tale: Requiem" is a marvellous work of art by Asobo Studio and surrounding companies! Everything is on the High End - the gaming experience, the characters, the music and soundtrack, the great plot and story lines, all of the bright and colourful nature, breathtaking views but also grim and dark, terror, death, destruction and (almost) hopelessness!
A game is longer than you expect but all of the chapters are really interesting and well thought through.
Voice acting is Top of the tops simply!
Amisia and Hugo characters are really nice I will remember this gaming experience for very long time!
I am also really keen of my experience and I want to achieve all the trophies!
After I finish this game, I would definitely go to the first part - Plague Tale - Innocence!

A Plague Tale: Requiem is a fantastic game, expanding its framework in the right places through intricate themes and horror elements, weaving into what worked about the original while maintaining a voice of its own.
A Plague Tale Requiem is one of those sequels that are even better than the original entry. It upgrades everything that was already good on A Plague Tale Innocence and also corrects some of the mistakes from the first game. Although it still has some technical difficulties, it's an amazing experience, with great storytelling and fun gameplay.
A Plague Tale: Requiem is a solid follow-up to Hugo and Amicia’s haunting saga. The expanded scope offers deeper insight into the world and characters, even if some of the main plot beats don’t always hit the mark. Combat and stealth are improved over the original while the swarms of rats are as mesmerizing and threatening as ever. Just remember to stay in the light.
A Plague Tale: Requiem doesn't drastically alter the foundation set by Innocence, but by iterating on its strengths as a character-driven fable within an oft-ignored historical setting, tells yet another tale to remember.

music, graphics, voice actors, story. this game is awesome bro. you guys just play innocence first and then enjoy the requiem :)

Quando joguei o primeiro jogo, não esperava muita coisa, mas o jogo me surpreendeu. A história era muito boa e acabou me fazendo ir até o fim (mesmo com aquele garoto que chato em um nível galático).
Coisas positivas:
- Gráficos - Um dos mais bonitos que vi na vida - muitas vezes achei que se tratava de locais reais.
- Áudio - Dublagem com inglês europeu impecável. Interpretação e sotaque estão incríveis.
- Enredo - A narrativa, assim como o primeiro, é interessante. Vale a pena acompanhar.
- Sistema de melhorias - O jogo teve adição de habilidades. Você pode treinar essas habilidades pra ganhar vantagens em determinadas situações. Seja usando a força bruta ou se esgueirando no mato ou por trás de muros.
- Ação - Não são muitas as partes, mas em alguns momentos, o jogo possui cenas de ação que remetem muito a Uncharted e te deixarão empolgado.
Coisas negativas:
- Bugs - Tive a infelicidade de pegar alguns bugs que impediam o progresso do jogo e/ou missões secundárias. O problema só foi resolvido quando voltei pro menu principal e carreguei o último checkpoint.
- Orientações - Os objetivos do jogo são exibidos no menu de pausa, mas as orientações do jogo são muito vagas. Por vezes fiquei sem saber o que fazer porque não haviam tantas orientações e quando tinham, muitas dessas orientações se deram enquanto os personagens conversam entre si durante a gameplay.
- Conversas - Pegando um gancho no item anterior, outro ponto ruim é que você perde muito tempo com conversas durante o jogo. Essas conversas, além de serem em sua maioria irrelevantes, cadenciam o jogo. Ou seja, você experimentará muitas partes em que os personagens deixam de correr e passam a andar para conversar ou analisar coisas no ambiente.
- Hugo - Mesmo sendo e agindo como uma criança, Hugo é um personagem muito chato e, por vezes, irritante. É aquele tipo de personagem que está sempre gemendo e conversando demais. Nas raras oportunidades em que está feliz, ele consegue ser chato também.
Neutras:
- Jogabilidade - Embora não seja de todo ruim, a jogabilidade continua um tanto travada e algumas vezes desanima continuar no jogo.
- Expansão dos locais - Mesmo sendo um ponto positivo, há um lado não tão legal na parte em que o mapa é expandido. Nessas expansões do mapa, você poderá perder muitos recursos para melhorias de armas. Para fazer a atualização de suas armas, você precisará de ferramentas. Essas ferramentas são, por muitas vezes, bem difíceis de se achar. Para quem gosta de platina, a falta dessas ferramentas fará com que você tenha que jogar a história mais de uma vez.
Em resumo: o jogo impressiona com seus gráficos de nova geração e com o show de interpretação dos atores, mas peca muito em quesitos como jogabilidade e nas orientações ao jogador. Conversas em excesso também deixam o jogo cadenciado e entediante.

Not bad but not good (It's okay), the game had bugs in it but I wouldn't say it's a buggy game, I noticed that it got buggier nearing the end, some of the bugs are: game literally freezing and having to quit the game (RIP save data) + thank god it automatically saves from time to time so I didn't lose much of my progress, but still :( another bug i encountered was also nearing the ending, Lucas literally despawned and i couldn't move on to the next level, so i had to load my latest save which was super annoying. The lip syncing, from the minute i started the game, was horrid, it was kind of delayed? idk how to explain it. the combat is kind of frustrating, but NOT BAD either. the story is meh/okay for me, I wasn't really invested in the story, but i can see some people being invested in it. the ending is honestly annoyingly expected, like all that trouble and this is the end? ngl, it IS expected but i wished my expectations were wrong lol. btw, i downloaded the game when it was free in the PS store, but if i bought the game i would've given it a 5 or a 6.

My experience with "A Plague Tale: Requiem was disappointing. The game has a very nice graphics and level desing, HOWEVER... the amount of minor glitches is overwhelming. People in the background, just 2 meters ahead, move at 30 FPS. A companion pushing you into a wall, blocking your movement, is another issue. The ai of the enemies is another joke. One can spot you instantly when you barely expose yourself, while another, you could perform the Gangnam Style dance, and only half of his indicator would "light up". Most of the 3 hours I invested in the game were spent walking. I could tolerate that if it weren't for the sprint being blocked, preventing you from finishing the game too quickly. Another issue is crashes, not just within the game but also during prerendered cutscenes. Enemy invincibility "because that's how we programmed it" also annoys me alot. Despite its imperfections, I find the first installment much better.
