Momodora: Moonlit Farewell a game unlike any other - a metroidvania with a truly unique aesthetic that blends all my favorite things into one unforgettable package. It may be the final chapter in the Momodora story, but I can only hope there are plenty more games from Bombservice to come.
Momodora: Moonlit Farewell bids farewell to fans with a beautiful final adventure that captures everything that made the series so charming and displays the developer’s accrued experience. While the game doesn’t do anything new with the Metroidvania genre, Moonlit Farewell delivers a simple, elegant and polished adventure with tight platforming, fun and elegant combat, and a fabulous art style.

Momodora Moonlit Farewell es un Metroidvania en estilo píxel sorprendentemente adictivo. Los puntos fuertes son la gran cantidad de desbloqueables que tiene el juego y como éste nos anima a explorar más allá del 100%. Es un juego muy divertido para platinar aunque en algunos momentos pierde algo de fuelle y algunos bosses les falta detalle. Aún así es un mustplay con una banda sonora de ensueño y desarrollado por un equipo muy pequeño. Así que no tengo más que felicitar y alabar éste gran trabajo. El juego os durará de 5 a 7 horas.

Like the entries that preceded it, there’s an indelible charm to Momodora: Moonlit Farewell. It’s been a real treat to see the series grow over the years, and tracing the path from beginning to end is an experience I’d recommend to almost anyone. Starting from the rough but interesting early days and witnessing the transformation that’s taken place from there to Momodora: Moonlit Farewell makes what is purportedly the “final game” come off like a true swan song.
Momodora: Moonlit Farewell caps off the beloved series with its signature blend of Metroidvania-style exploration, challenging combat, and enchanting storytelling. This final entry not only concludes the series' narrative arc but also enhances its gameplay with new twists and deepened character journeys. The game's non-linear exploration and customizable combat system offer players a rich and rewarding experience, despite some navigational challenges. Bombservice delivers an intense and memorable adventure, leaving fans hopeful that this isn't the end of their creative journey.
Momodora: Moonlit Farewell is a great 2D platformer title that boasts a beautiful presentation and good level design that can challenge but never strangle you. Good narrative pacing and ability acquisitions keep Momo’s game from becoming stale—and don’t get me started on the fun boss fights. A perfect title for the Metroidvania faithful and newcomer.
Momodora: Moonlit Farewell is a good metroidvania, that fully shows the 10+ year experience Guilherme ‘rdein’ has developed in crafting this genre of games. However, while it doesn’t have any flaws worthy of notice, it also lacks that “wow” factor. It’s just a good, honest game, but that is already something to be proud of.
Momodora: Moonlit Farewell surprised me. With an artistic direction very different from the genre's references, I expected a less controlled experience. Mea culpa since Momodora certainly offers a title far from the norm but without a false note. It offers well-paced exploration, gameplay that is far from revolutionary but effective and all wrapped in an attractive artistic direction. Momodora: Moonlit Farewell shows that you don't have to have excessive ambitions to be a good game.
Perfectly acceptable, fun, and vibrant metroidvania. The movement and combat is good, difficulty is mostly negligible thoughout. Awesome score, decent pixel graphics.

this isn't Ori Will Forest or Castlevania .compared to Minoria ,battle system slightly improved . music is acceptable but below Minoria . So many girls without detailed picture is a loss . Once YURI stand a symbol ,there will be no love and passion . I mean motivation , make player desire to help Momo and treat her well . if not , just another pixel game everywhere .
