Great addition to the multiplayer. It has some new co-op modes, great new maps (probably my favorites) and new skins and avatars. Overall, nicely done. Sure it costs money but people have to remember these are ADDITIONS to the already packed game. You're not obligated to buy them and neither is the developers obligated to make them. And if they made them for 0 profit, well, just doesn't make sense. Only exception is BFBC2 because if that game didn't give you maps for free then it wouldn't be even worth buying.
Drake's Fortune Multiplayer Pack does not add a lot to Uncharted 2: Among Thieves but the two new maps designed by Naughty Dogs are visually awesome and enjoyable. At a cheap price you will gain two excellent maps, six new characters and new Trophies. This content is easily avoidable if you do not dig a lot into the Uncharted 2 multiplayer online mode but if you enjoy a daily frag or two, then look no further while waiting for the next update.
Uncharted 2's Siege Expansion DLC perhaps isn't essential for fans content with what they already have, but given its price and breadth, it's no half-tucked effort either. If team play is your bag, this is definitely one to consider.
A nice DLC as far as content is concerned, but it has one key flaw that bring it all down and that's a lack of players. It gives you a lot of new multiplayer content. Two new maps, 11 extra achievements, 6 more character skins, and a new game mode called "Siege". The new maps are nice, the most notable being "Highrise" which is basically several disconnected building that require you to jump to each of them. The map "The Museum" is nice but not as impressive. "Siege" is a new co-operative mode that tasks you and two other players to capture territories while facing waves of enemies. It's tense and can be a lot of fun. So the DLC has some nice content, but is brought down by the fact that there's no one playing. It's rare that you can find a match using the DLC content. The only time you can find people playing on these maps is in the Co-op arena lobby. Even there it's incredibly rare to find a match, which is a shame because the content this expansion pack offers is genuinely great. Without any players I can't recommend that anyone download this because all it will do is take up some of your PS3's memory space. Such a shame.
It's easy to say all DLC should be free especially for a game as good as this what a shame then that such good content will always be overpriced and come in such small amounts.
Summary(Downloadable Content) The pack includes 6 character skins, a new co-op game mode for 2-3 players, 2 new maps and 11 additional Trophies (10 Bronze and 1 Silver). [SCEE]
