    The perfectly designed moves and combos, including iconic Witch Time, seem to have never aged a day. Apart from the somewhat dated color grading, Bayonetta is an action game classic. [04/2020, p.68]

    Bayonetta is a game that always delivers. It was great when I played it ten years ago, and it’s great today. The added benefit of playing it in 4k 60fps allows us to see Bayonetta at her very best. Still, this version doesn’t add anything on top of the PC version, but it does give a new generation of gamers the chance to experience what this series has to offer.

    We think these two games deserved a better package, with extras of some kind, but unfortunately we just get a (pretty good) visual upgrade. That said, they are two of the best games developed by PlatinumGames, and it’s great to have them on newer platforms.

    Bayonetta may not look the part anymore despite a bump in visual resolution to 4K, but the enhancements this remaster brings to the game's load times and frame rate make it the definitive PlayStation release. Combined with a phenomenal, flashy combat system, the PlatinumGames classic shines brighter than ever.

    The Bayonetta Remaster is an interesting time capsule that didn’t get a whole lot cleaned up for its 10th Anniversary. Stellar controls and excellent enemy design constantly combat a terrible camera and painful cutscenes.

    Played on PS4 PRO it was really a great experience. The non existing loading times + stable 60fps frame rate really improves what we had onPlayed on PS4 PRO it was really a great experience. The non existing loading times + stable 60fps frame rate really improves what we had on PS3, also there are no inputs missed due performance issues which helps a lot during combats.
    The combat style is sublime and has a very original lore. Our main character is incredibly bewitching with one of the best designs/movement sets I have ever seen.
    In terms of difficulty, the game is challenging, specially during the first run on normal or in Alfheim challenges, but is fair and has a lot of replayability potential due the accessories that you can purchase and that modifies the gameplay, like the Moon of Mahaa-Kalaa and that are a
    must for higher difficulties.

    Dated graphics, low budgetcut scenes, artificial combat speed, not good camera, terrible qte during boss fights,terrible timing inputs, past past gen environments design, not impressive bosses and enemies design , bland story, cheap deaths,It’s like dmc on low with a sexy chick( sex sells) instead of the guy.

    Good voice acting, crazy ness , lates sexy witch, combat system, torture attacks, few creative bosses and last levels, stylish menus and interface, some intrigue in story line, craft, speed, 8-10 hr to beat,good difficulty setting balance.    … Expand

Feels like this was made for 12 year old boys The combat has lots of combos. None of it feels great to pull off. The music blends like diarrhea in your ear. I rather play the original DMC then thks . So i cant even say its a product of its time. When there are games 10 years older then this that still feel better to play. Ive heard great things about platinum games. This was just utterly dissapointing and ugly to even look at almost aways.… Expand
