  1. The newest disc from the once-innovative Vancouver group assaults you with 18 contrived, lazy tracks. The best is a seven-year-old re-release, 'Red Dragon,' from when Moka Only gave this outfit some class.

    the beats and hooks were very poor. the featured guests did their job with their incredible lyricism like talib kweli, saafir and Tech n9ne..the beats and hooks were very poor. the featured guests did their job with their incredible lyricism like talib kweli, saafir and Tech n9ne.. tre nyce however shouldn't be here. his voice sounds auto tuned and brings awkwardness to the tracks hes on. there are a few unknown guests as well that dont bring much to the tracks they're on like the heavy hitters i mentioned. not sure what swollen members was going for on here but they didn't execute very well it seems. Even though the group are enjoyable to listen to there is a distinct lack of direction and most of the tracks feel under developed. Vocally the group are average at best and the beats are unique but distinctly underwhelming. Unfortunately overall the record feels insignificant even though I know these guys deserve better. 65/100 Full Review »
