Not rrally essential but nonetheless nothing feels off or low quality. Sure you can understand why the decisions to ommit or change some songs would occur but it's never mystifying choices.

Despite being a compilation, this collection has an immaculate flow--like all Beach House albums.

Uneven though the offerings may be, there are some serious gems to be found here, and the collection adds further definition to our understanding of a band too often reduced by oversimplified interpretations.

This is more a record for hardcore fans than casual ones, though there are some distinct highlights.
