Viagra Boys has done it again with Cave World, telling conspiracy tards that they're better of returning to the cave if they can't behave. Cave World inst necessarily the album we needed but most definitely the album we deserved and in my opinion their most "complete" album to date. The future is looking bright for the Shrimptech Enterprises.

Lots of memorable tracks on this one! Viagra Boys erecting to new heights. Somewhere between punk and letting it all hang out.

Totally agree with jackfogden. Cave World while by no means a bad album is a tad underwhelming. Ain't No Thief is the only standout track.

Cave World projects a Dead Kennedys modern aura that lays the foundations to a prominent future for Viagra Boys. An album that inspires to NOT leave society and be a monkey.

Certain tracks have a fabulous groove and aggressive bite in both Vocals and instrumentation but I feel as if this is lacking throughout the whole album and is what I want from the band. Key Track: Ain’t No Thief

Viagra Boys always been the combination of genuine musical prowess with absurd, hilarious lyrics and a sleazy, speed-dealer aesthetic.

Some of the best grooves VB have made to date. Ain't No Thief, Troglodyte, Punk Rock Loser, Return to Monke are all classics in my book. The rest of the tracks don't quite scratch the same itch for me but there's no arguing Viagra Boys are evolving in such an entertaining way. Can't wait to see these guys live sometime and chant "LEAVE SOCIETY, BE A MONKE"

Great album with several standout tracks like Troglodyte, Ain't no thief, Punk Rock Loser, and Big Boy. The theme of the album is very a much a mix of 2020s modern hysteria over topics like COVID, conspiracy theories, and spree shooters along side developments of the bad guy persona Seb has built on previous records. The theme of the album is very a much a mix of 2020s modern hysteria over topics like COVID, conspiracy theories, and spree shooters along side developments of the bad guy persona Seb has built on previous records. It also stands out as a modern take on DEVO's theory of devolution of the human race, with several tracks referring to ape-like behavior and how people would be better off going back to nature. I don't have enough good words about this album. It is truly a refreshing and original album, and It cements the Viagra Boys in the upper echelon of modern post-punk bands. Expand

Cave World is a world away from the band that recorded "Research Chemicals" or "Sports," and they've added some brain power without losing their strength.

Listening to ‘Cave World’ is akin to dipping your whole body in murky, warm sea water - you feel blinded and a little bit disgusted, but overall excited to explore your new surroundings.

Cave World is an album brimming not just with colour and life, but also with a sense of striking unease that is pitched somewhere between the deeply sexual and the profoundly sinister. ... That all of this strangeness is carried aloft on a smorgasbord of varying musical styles makes Cave World all the more alluring.
