    How can you release solid body of work like Purpose and then follow it up with this? The beats are all practically the same, the lyrics are redundant. This album was just a quick cash grab to earn some fame points back, and unfortunately most people aren't buying it anymore. The only thing redeeming about his album is some of his vocals which have it's moments.

    I’ll give it a cute 3 for the first three songs that were somewhat decent. Fourth track and beyond it is bland, heard before, generic, etc. Purpose was a solid album, and it’s disappointing to see what his music has become now. Justin relies on the people around him to achieve his success, but maybe now he relies a little bit too much, as those people created a horrendous piece of work. AtI’ll give it a cute 3 for the first three songs that were somewhat decent.     The album is redundant , the lyrics has no depth and over sexualised . The beats are the same and boring trough the whole album. He seems to push his marriage to the public to the point it’s overbearing and makes you think if it’s just a facade. This album has been rushed and is a disapointment.

Mas agora vamos a review: Achei extremamente genérico, parece que você está em um replay infinito, escolheu uma das piores (se não foi a pior) música para ser single, pra mim essa foi a última pá de areia que precisava para enterrar esse lixo de trabalho. Eu preferia quando ele fazia o álbum para a ex dele, porque se ele usou a atual dele para se inspirar pra fazer esse álbum... Vish, algo no relacionamento deles não está indo bem, mas enfim, é só isso que eu tenho para dizer, gastei ao todo 850 R$ com remédios antidepressivos com tarja preta, muito obrigado Justin Bieber!… Expand

    A mediocre, repetitive, uncreative, lacking in lyrical and just overall underwhelming album. Every song is like the same tune with different lyrics ranging from Hailey Baldwin being an asset like a washing mashine to having "a yummy yum".
    Don't waste your time listening to this album.

    Um álbum que tenta vender como mudança já que esse e o título do álbum deveria ter algo q refletisse isso mas em changes Justin Bieber só mostrou tudo q o que el já tinha nos álbuns anteriores.     It is hard to believe that almost 5 years after the release of the great Purpose,Justin Bieber released an album where all the songs reminds me of Nokia's ringtones,with basic and superficial lyrics and production and without any deepening.
    I hope to never listen to this again.
    Grow up,Justin...you're already 25 years old.

The lead single and the promotion(payola, Calvin Klein nudes for deluxe) seems desperate given the bad quality of lyrics and production. 5 years should have been enough to create a good record… Expand

    While Bieber's voice still sounds like that of a mid- to late-teen, singing seems to come more naturally to him, and his falsetto pleas are neither bitter nor entitled, strictly genuine and adult.

    Artists can certainly grow up and mature without losing their edge or creative spark. Changes, however, is ultimately a transitional record that finds Bieber navigating how to reconcile adulthood with pop stardom—and discovering that, at least in his case, this merger is a tricky one.
