I don't care how the press judges R. Kelly, he will always be one of the best artists around. This album is really nice. Anybody who can sing about a woman and relate them to a car has it going on!!!

eventhough the media think that my boy robert did that dont mean that his fans dont like him.if he did it then thats his bisniz and his personal life.so i think that we should mind our own bizniz and keep playin his music and also seperate bizniz from HIS OWN PERSONAL LIFE WITH HIM.

I've always been a R. Kelly fan, but since he released "CHOCOLATE FACTORY" I have become an extreme R. Kelly fanatic. This CD rates up there with "THRILLER" or "PURPLE RAIN." THANKS R.KELLY FOR A TRULY EXATRORDINARY ALBUM

I THINK THIS CD IS HOT AND I DON'T CARE WHAT NO BODY SAYS ABOUT R KELLY. AND FORTUNATELY HE DON'T EITHER. I JUST WANT HIM TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE A WHOLE LOT OF FAN BEHIND HIM. AND TO KEEP ON DOING HIS THANG.

This CD shows Kelly's Brillance. He doesn't need to curse or be vulgar to get his point across. Excellent

Phat.Kelly has always had my attention with his music. The brother always comes through with ideas that can be easily relative to experiences in my life. Its sad that his music is being rated through the notion of guilt in his private and legal affairs.ONE

This CD proves why R Kelly is THE greatest R&B artist ever lived. He masterfully recreates classic R&B along with his own original tracks and beats.

This album was great. I did not expect anything less from R. Kelly. He is a great artist despite the accusations. It was amazing how he touched different mediums with this album. Little soul, smooth, rough, love, party, and fun in one album. Not everyone can do that....Much respect R. Kelly and Keep ya head up....I know its hard but you got your REAL fans to support you! -C.Rose

This album is one of R. Kelly's best to date. I give him 2 thumbs up. Despite what goes on in his personal life the boy HAS talent.

I don't intentionally listen to R&B because the quality has gone and there is so much garbage. The combination of nice lyrics and booming music are what song lovers have been looking for. Some artists either miss one of the two but Kelly has it all together!!! This shows the true versatility this man has as an artist. All songs are so heartfelt and overwhelming. His personal problems have not negatively affected his ability to put out quality music to his fans

Overlong, but Chocolate Factory is an impressively varied opus. [May 2003, p.100]
