Over-processed and chaotic it may be, but never bereft of invention, Complete Me is always an intriguing listen that confirms the arrival of one of the U.K. dance scene's most exciting talents.
  2. Complete Me is a clever, well crafted and painstakingly produced pop concoction that was well worth the numerous delays.
  3. Everything about Complete Me suggests a pop star of rare originality, charm and talent, and one who will win the world over person by person if he has to.

A high-gloss, vocally gymnastic collection of '80s-referencing dance pop concerned with love and love gone wrong, can be a little full-on. [Aug 2009, p.107]

It's actually quite hard to decide whether Complete Me is a dreadful pile of over-processed, overloaded frippery, or if it's a work of genius. It could purely come down to whether you've got the stomach for it.
  6. Mojo

The former Vincent Frank has filled his debut with a hard-to-stomach collection of shiny pop tunes floating between Alphabeat's sing-along-a-showtunes and Mika's falsetto muggging. [Aug 2009, p.96]
  7. It's just nothing. Complete plastic nothingness from the outset.

This album somehow offers a fresh and new sound, when infact it's actually re-worked 80's synth pop. Frankmusik really showed the world of music that this kind of music doesn't have to be for 80's fans only, it can remain current. Not only has this album got some of best elecronica sounds around it has some incredably meaningful lyrics. Yes this album might not be the boldest album to enter the world of pop and it might sound samey to the untrained ear, but it does offer you something both old and new from an artist who is clearly on the right track to superstardom, and even if he doesn't reach that point and only releases afew more records this album will hold a special place in history of ve-vamped electronica music. A gorgeously cool, smart album. Expand

Frankmusik and Stuart Price's productions blend together beautifully. It's sharp, smart and wonderfully sang. A brilliant, joyful and highly addictive electro-pop album.

Really don't like the sound of it. Tired, old eighies references, done much better by others.

Overhyped and utterly boring. Filler, filler, filler.
