    This album is simply put, phenomenal. It's pure excessive pop and will go down as a classic 2020s dance-pop album. Definitely one of the best since Future Nostalgia. Ghost, Diamonds & Dancefloors, Get Outta My Heart and Dancing's Done are out of this world.

    This album is pure pop perfection ! Even if her first album "Heaven & Hell" was already really good, she definitely improved her lyrics and musicality in "Diamonds & Dancefloors".

    Diamonds & Dancefloors is one of the best pure pop albums since pops peak in the early 2010’s. Ava constantly gives her fans what they want, pure serotonin inducing dance pop records. She puts so much effort into her music and I’m so glad people are finally starting to see what a great pop star she is. This album is full of bangers and deserves to be a great success.

    As a pop-lover and Ava fan I couldn’t wait to hear something new from her, she’s just on another level, specially after hearing the perfect H&H creation. Diamonds & Dancefloors has an undeniable strength, upbeats that make you feel empowered, deep lyrics that resonate hard. Pop perfection. I love the concept of dancing to heartbreak, crying and celebrating at the same time, to face the badAs a pop-lover and Ava fan I couldn’t wait to hear something new from her, she’s just on another level, specially after hearing the perfect H&H creation. Diamonds & Dancefloors has an undeniable strength, upbeats that make you feel empowered, deep lyrics that resonate hard. Pop perfection. I love the concept of dancing to heartbreak, crying and celebrating at the same time, to face the bad situations with a smile and heal through the enjoyment. This record just gets better and better the most you listen to it. Every track (with unique atmospheres) gets you on different sides, different stages of emotions through the grief and the eventual self-love that comes with realizing how much you are, starting with the anthem ‘Million Dollar Baby’ which promises to get the best version of someone who moving forward got to see their incredible beautiful self, and the list goes on and on, deeper and deeper.

    It’s more than a pleasure to get this vulnerable side of Ava, and I don’t want nothing but to give her the best hug I could because I know she must did go throughout a whole lot of sadness, sleepless nights and darkness to get this masterpiece. If you ever see this Ava, I just want to tell you that you’re the best and I hope to be as a great performer and as brilliant as you are.     To me this is a perfect album! Every track is a bop! You can dance to it all day long you cannot skip every track because it is so catchy! This album deserved a perfect score because it is Pop Perfection, Dance Pop Perfection and Disco Perfection! It so perfect for dancefloor you wanna get up and dance. All is just perfect from Million Dollar Baby the first/opening track to Dancing’s Done!To me this is a perfect album! Every track is a bop!     The best album of Ava Max, it is a danceable album that makes you listen to the song regardless of the lyrics, each track has a different potential from the other and the sounds, lyrics and dance-pop voice are combined with Ava's voice, definitely a one of the best albums of this year.

    A beautiful work of art. I’ve always loved Ava but this makes me love and appreciate even more. It’s not uncommon for an artist’s sophomore album to pale in comparison to their first, but Diamonds And Dancefloors shines brighter than Heaven And Hell (for me), an album that also shines very bright.

    MASTERPIECE is the least I can say. This album combines lyrics, production and vocals. It is created for listeners to keep it on repeat. There is no skippable song, each one is a bop in its own way.

    Ava snapped on this Album. Her debut Album was already pop perfection and I expected the same for her 2nd Album, but wow. She really understood the assignment! Skipless would be an understatement. Each and every song has single potential in my opinion and Ava knows exactly what we fans want. Everybody stream D&D!!!

    It is one of the best pop/dance albums in a long while. Fill with disco and power ballads gems. Ava Max and her team are so talented, this project really made me remember how much I love good music.

    Definitely took me multiple listens to see it's full potential. Each track is special in its own way. Have to say, a much more cohesive album compared to her debut album "Heaven & Hell". This one is more fun. The production is amazing, vocals delivered. Although the lyrics are not as deep as some would want, but who says they have to be super complex?     Pure pop we needed, amazing danceable music that has no skips. Not revolutionary or groundbreaking but we don’t always need that. Sometimes we just need pure pop to dance, have a good time, and cry. This is a massive improvement from Heaven & Hell and really proves who she is as a pop artist

    My expectations were not high for this album but I was blown away. A really great dance-pop breakup album! I’ve seen some people say this has “ no personality ” but it’s literally about what she went though during her breakup and how she’s gonna overcome it. I’m extremely excited for the deluxe version!

    It is actually an evolution from what her debut album was. It really shows what you're expecting: diamonds and dancefloors when listening to the album. 'Million Dollar Baby', 'Ghost', 'Get Outta My Heart', 'Last Night On Earth', 'Dancing's Done' really show how a pop album should be done. Waiting for the deluxe edition!

    It is worth highlighting the initial sequence, Million Dollar Baby and Sleepwalker, two tracks that stand out on the album, along with Cold As Ice and the already mentioned Dancing's Done, given its unique sound and well-constructed lyrics. The album has successes and mistakes, and it is possible to highlight Maybe You're the Problem, Ghost and Weapons as the biggest mistakes here, due to their silly and childish lyrics and a ridiculous sound that gets a little annoying while hearing - especially in the last two.

    Overall, it's a pop album with dancy and catchy songs, and, sometimes, that's all you need to hear. In addition, it is worth waiting for the singer's next steps to see how she'll evolve her sounds, lyrics and own career.    … Expand

    This album is mediocre. Somehow, it seems like every song sounds the same, doesn't stir any emotion in me, nor does it show me the true feelings of the artist. Only the song Ghost seems okay to me, the rest are just boring for all the loudmouths.

    I adore this album!!! Most artists would be lucky to have a single song as good as some of the worst on this record. Perfect dance pop music, and it shows that Ava Max is here to become the next big pop star. An incredible follow up to her 2020 debut, her future is as bright as a diamond on a dancefloor.

There are some really good ones like Get out of my heart, and Last night on earth that could be clearly hits. The theme song Diamonds and Dancefloors gives me a My head and My heart vibes, along with a very 90s eurodance vibe. This one is to danceOne of the best pop albums since Dua Lipa’s Future nostalgia. All the songs could be single. The lyrics are very pop, catchy and dancing. There are some really good ones like Get out of my heart, and Last night on earth that could be clearly hits.     Es un notable avance con respecto a su debut, tanto en letra como en lírica, pero sigo sin sentir personalidad en las canciones de Ava Max. Suena como música que podría estar haciendo cualquier otra artista y que funcionaria. Ese sonido dance debería explotarlo más, porque se ajusta a ella y creo que sería una incursión muy buena en futuros proyectos.

    I still sense that it is a 10s pop music released in 2023. It's a great album with catchy rhythm and good lyrics. However, I was expecting some more creative thing. She didn't surprise me but she did produced a good recored.

    on diamonds & dancefloors ava max ditches the faux-deep and fully pivots to four on the floor dance-pop to mixed results. the production is sleek and the songs mostly shimmering however by now pop music is getting close to the point of over-saturation when it comes to disco infused dance-pop and unfortunately ava max doesn't do nearly enough here to stand out from the crowd.

    Cold As Ice - Funky and fun. Great dance-pop, but so short. Lyrics are clever and effective.

    Dancing's Done - Hypnotizing dark dance pop. Lyrics are bland and lack a unique perspective.

    Hold Up (Wait A Minute) - Disco, groovy vibes done incredibly. Lyrics are basic and catchy.

    Million Dollar Baby - Punchy, fun pop song with nice drama. Bridge could've been better, last chorus and outro make up for it. Nice lyrics.

    Maybe You're The Problem - Gorgeous, infectious classic dance pop. Nice melody. Lyrics are really good.

    Diamonds & Dancefloors - Fun glam pop, like "Primadonna" by Marina and the Diamonds but refreshed. Fun lyrics compliment it.

    Turn Off The Lights - Another great disco, Daft Punk-esque jam. Fun intro too! But it's too short!

    Get Outta My Heart - It's a great dance track. It is intentionally repetitive and pounding. It drives you mad in the best way. The lyrics are better, but still cringe at times.

    Overall the album is produced really well in my opinion. I think it's a great, fun pop album. My advice to Ava Max is to improve her lyrics by digging deeper and writing longer songs. The ringtone pop songs are cute, but I want to see Ava give a bit more in the production. I give the album a final score of 7.5 out of 10.

    Perhaps she could even lend her voice to some DJ collabs. She has a great voice and could benefit from some more experimental production.    … Expand

    This album is a move which makes Ava a stable pop hit-maker in music industry. Pop perfection! Each song is great radio material with super production! There's no big diversity between songs but they aren't boring. Very good dancefloor material :)

    Ava Max shines on Diamonds & Dancefloors with a bunch of club ready bangers. The album showcases more of Max’s personality than on her debut, but could still see more in this category. Max’s vocals are strong and consistent throughout the album. Overall, a great album for repeat listens.

    It's an excellent pop album, it's what we needed actually. She is not trying to hard to sound like someone, I think with this one she's defining her sound.

Es un álbum que contiene todo lo necesario para alegrar el día, mucho poder, te hace vivir como si estuvieses en los 90's, es sensacional ya que las nuevas generaciones no conocen porque actualmente solo escuchan indie... Ava es la mejor artista haciendo Sampling y muchos dirán que es copiar y pegar pero es mucho más que eso, es mejorar, es revivir una canción que se ha ido perdiendo con la era del streaming, es demostrar su talento renovando y brindarnos nostalgia por algo que nos identificó tanto en el pasado, la música disco siempre estará en nuestros corazones y será gracias a Ava Max por traernosla de regreso. Sus canciones a pesar de que la mayoría son cortas de tiempo poseen lo necesario para no aburrirte y hacerte cantar y bailar, mi preferida es Sleepwalker y Dancing's Done definitivamente marcan la diferencia dentro del álbum.     Um álbum bem dançante, sinceramente muito bom, tem momentos que chega a ser um pouco genérico, mas acredito ser o propósito do álbum.
    Cheio de mensagens para o ex, o álbum se torna um dos favoritos a melhores álbuns pop desse ano.

    Definitely a step up from her debut album Heaven and Hell. It’s a nice collection of dance pop songs with great clean vocals and production yet her greatest fault is still obvious in this album. Her lack of originality or creativity. Still very solid and great for many listens.
