Some really fun and great songs. Other songs are just annoying. But many songs are well worth listening to such as Weddings Crasher, Spice girl, STFU, Dakota, Heebiejeebies.

Amine has created one of the most quirky hip hop albums of 2017 and it's refreshing to hear an album about just living your everyday life. These songs aren't about money, fame, drugs, guns and partying. This is an album created by someone who wanted to tell his own story. It's funny, glossy, vibrant and of course, honest.

Explains why the cover art is Yellow, Amine is just so darn happy, its honest, and rather is elegantly done. But again, can not argue that his debut album is impressive.

Aminé’s peculiarities within this debut album, from his rapping to the production, is so on point that his meta way of thinking is overshadowed in the best way possible: the music will make you listen to it more than once, and you will catch his lyrical craft in his rapping, but also his sung-raps. 10/10 = A

A very fun album with a myriad of fun songs. It stands out from the normal hip-hop album as it revels in the normality of life.

This is easily one of the most charismatic albums I’ve ever listened to. Aminé puts so much enthusiasm into his delivery, and for what the album is, it is far from bad lyrically. I think this is definitely one of the more underrated albums of the last few years.

This is actually a really good album and the fat that it is first album makes it way much impressive, this album feels like if it was made by someone with way much time in the music media, it is fascinating that this album already has the “artist essence” that many others first album.

Good for You isn’t a pleasant listen because Amine is so gosh darn happy, it’s because it appears so out of step with a relentlessly negative and dour mood. We could all do with just that much more happiness in our lives.

Even in its weighty moments, the simple melodies, infectious hooks and liberal dashes of humour will keep your spirits up from start to finish. Good For You is a satisfying, well-rounded effort.

This debut shines so brightly in comparison to what Aminé’s contemporaries are passing off that it may be easy to forget that it is not exactly a groundbreaking album. Regardless, the rookie should be commended for crafting an honest, entertaining and revealing album.
