Following the breakout 2015 LP Peripheral Vision, Turnover comes to terms with the maleficence of existence and accepts pain and pleasure as part of life. The straightforward melancholy that plagued Peripheral has been replaced with a more nuanced view of both the good and bad in life. Upbeat and simplified rhythms accompany catchy choruses on this 42 minute LP which drags at times.

On the whole Good Nature brightly evokes the feeling of leaving your room and opening the doors and stepping outside.

Good Nature recaptures the brightness and pop sheen, sure, but it's a trip back to a treasured childhood location only to find that the palace in your mind was always just a fallen tree, and the river your dreams used to float along forever is just a kinda gross, muddy little stream.

Good Nature plods along at a pleasant pace, but there's nothing here you won't have heard elsewhere before.
