Sep 8, 2023It’s mostly a continuation of Sour. While the lyrics are relatable, it sounds a little same

Sep 10, 2023The songwriting in this album was childish and immature. I listened to the entire album several times to see if it would grow on me but none of the songs are memorable. They have no distinctive sound, they are all just loud. The only song that stands out is Lacy.

Sep 11, 2023Todas as músicas parecem as msm e não deve inovação nenhuma comparado ao sour
-
Sep 8, 2023A teen angst album with a manufactured storyline we’ve hear before over and over again with music that sounds like it belongs to Avril Lavigne in the early 2000’s.
-
Sep 8, 2023It's got less hits than Sour, so it seems like a less memorable version of that. Go ahead and pass on this album.
-
Sep 8, 2023Not my cup of tea, sorry. There are a few good ones but the vibe over all isnt for me.
-
Sep 8, 2023more of the same! looks like discard of sour.
Olivia hasn't had any musical maturity here, she insists on writing songs about relationships. -
Sep 8, 2023Boring, this didn’t bring anything that we haven’t seen already. There is no wow factor. It just seems like she didn’t put any effort on this
-
Sep 8, 2023omg a very bad album, I expected better but this is just straight up disappointment, I as a head livie cannot accept this, everything about this album is mid, only 3 - 4 listenable songs, the rest are just trash to your ears
-
Sep 8, 2023The clear influence of many artists is involved in this album. The project could have been a big deal IF they would've released it back in the 2000s.
-
Sep 8, 2023Industry plant records more music written by a team of 40+ year old white men in a corner office at Geffen, intended to be basic enough to appeal to the masses but also be sad/emotional/angsty enough for preteen girls.

Sep 9, 2023The album looks like it's a sour copy. You can't see evolution in the vocals. guts isn't bad, but it's far from good.
-
Sep 8, 2023To be honest, I am not disappointed because she delivered exactly what I thought she would give us: boring songs. Hopefully, she will evolve on her next project.
-
Sep 8, 2023This is worse than sour... It sounds the same as her older songs and there is no artistic evolution. I expected more tbh. The lyricism is something a 13 year old would write and the production has some good parts but her voice and the production don’t fit to the rock/grunge influence.
-
Sep 8, 2023Honestly I was waiting for something better, this album sounds like sour discards, the cover art its really so mediocre,I think we deserve something better and a good work, but she dont do it this time.

Sep 8, 2023The album doesn't even deserve that high praise, her appearance is like the American media trying to promote a Disney star.
-
Sep 8, 2023So much unoriginality, from using lyrics from Lana to basically trying and failing to make her own heather with Lacey. I couldn’t even finish the album as it was annoying me lol…
-
Sep 8, 2023It sounds like sour leftovers with more noise. Not a good album. But there are two good songs: logical and liove is embarrassing

Sep 18, 2023“Teenage Dream” recycles a song title of Katy Perry’s and echoes a twisty-turny melody of Lana Del Rey’s. Yet Rodrigo’s emotional presence is so strong throughout “Guts” — so believable even at its most unrelatable — that you never lose the sense of a specific young person navigating a trial of her own making.
-
Sep 15, 2023GUTS is emphatic proof that Rodrigo isn't just good for a kid -- she's grown into an artist with plenty of things to say, and the confidence and eloquence to say them her way.
-
Sep 13, 2023These songs show that Rodrigo isn’t done after GUTS.
