    The album leads with “Getting Older,” which serves as an incredible opener that blends seamlessly into “I Didn’t Change My Number,” one of the best songs on the album. This is undeniably her most honest and experimental body of work to date. She experiments with elements of folk, bossa nova, and rock, and does an incredible job executing each genre. The best track is without a doubt the title track, “Happier Than Ever,” followed by “Billie Bossa Nova,” “Male Fantasy,” “Your Power,” “I Didn’t Change My Number,” and “Halley’s Comet.     Billies having her "tough second season" creatively. All the songs are very nothing-y. I get that she's telling stories and expressing past pains through her lyrics and I applaud her for that.
    That's just what all the positive reviews are about- the lyrics and themes. I haven't seen a single interview to praise what the reviews should be about - the music!

    It seems she is very influenced by the typical boring contemporary social-media-influencer-rnb. The old Billie darkness is still there at points but the songs are just so sub-par quality-wise that's in honestly difficult to listen to the album on one.go

    The difference between the girl she was when she did the first EP and the debut album vs the woman she is now is clearly gonna affect the kind of art she produces.

    Angelic voice and unique songs, you could never be bored of it. Amazing story telling through the lyrics and flowing twists in songs Billie does not disappoint.
    She even had haters waiting for the album and clicking on notifications.

    i really love the fact that every song in this album has a different music genre. Billie's acumen in making each song a different style is undeniable. the lyrics, the melody, the production, everything is perfect, nothing to complain about. one of the best albums of 2021 if not the best. is already AOTY for me! :)

    A much more mature sounding Billie. The lyrics on this song are wonderful. It takes a couple listens to really enjoy every song, but on the first listen, “I Didn’t Change My Number,” “Oxytocin,” “Goldwing,” “Billie Bossa Nova,” “Halley’s Comet,” “Happier Than Ever,” and “Male Fantasy” stood out. Not bad to have almost 1/2 the songs on the album stand out on the first listen. I love BillieA much more mature sounding Billie. The lyrics on this song are wonderful. I enjoyed the tracks that are kinda relaxing like "Getting Older", "Your Power" or "Male Fantasy", as well as weird track "Not My Responsibility".     Billie discusses fame, relationships, and the limelight in an incredibly personal, honest fashion. This album is the best release of the year and is a must listen. Every song sounds different, yet blends together in the most cohesive way possible. Happier Than Ever (the title track) is the best and most ambitious song on the album; a masterpiece.

    "Happier Than Ever" shows that Billie and Finneas are not prone to the sophomore slump. Albeit not as great as her debut, Billie Eilish's newest album is full of sleek electropop, calm folk tunes, and scenic soundscapes.

    I consider myself a fan of Billie, she is very talented but this definitely disappointed me a bit,It couldn't even beat the quality of "When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?", In a way I think it lives up to "Don't Smile At Me", Happier than ever It has very good songs but it's a bit disappointing.It did not exceed my expectations or exceed their debut album, I will still support Billie

Personally, her music has always felt too honest for me, but this album reached a whole new level of honesty and lyrically is so fluid.     This album is the definition of masterpiece. Every song has a different story but, somehow, everything’s connected. Eilish has this power of creating an identity for her works so you never get lost and get to know what she means. Best album I’ve heard this year.

    Billie's sultry vocals are mesmerizing as usual but she really strips down her walk through life with her brother and suitors. I can't get over that she seems so grounded with an I am me and if you don't like it then that is your problem attitude. She is a force to be reckoned with and this album has hits and something for everybody. Solid gold with more single releases from this one.

    Amazing album. She has the voice for literally every genre of music. It really showed her artistic growth compared to her last album. The lyrics held so much power, i’m surprised some people don’t like this album.

    It was no doubt that Billie Eilish was trying to expand her musical sounds by testing out some musical genres that were not heard from her songs before. She incorporates R&B sounds with Getting Older and my future, and country sounds with the title track and Male Fantasy.     It was no doubt that Billie Eilish was trying to expand her musical sounds by testing out some musical genres that were not heard from her songs before. She incorporates R&B sounds with Getting Older and my future, and country sounds with the title track and Male Fantasy. Despite taking her sounds into a new level, we can’t deny that her former electropop sounds were still in the album, as evident with I Didn’t Change my Number, Oxytocin, and Therefore I Am. But her album weren’t as happier than her debut album, “WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO”. This album was a great evolution for Eilish’s lyrical writing skills but was very messy at first glance. She combined acoustic folk songs with electronically driven pop sounds which is not really pleasing to hear as the album progresses. Her playfulness in making this record was greater than her previous works, but it is very incohesive and some tracks are worth skipping for like GOLDWING and Oxytocin, unlike her non-skipped debut album.

    Like many other artists in this decade, Eilish took a step to also apply Lana Del Rey’s melodies, songwriting, and instrumentation, as evident with Your Power, Halley’s Comet and Getting Older. However, there are few standout songs that are worth mentioning for, like Therefore I Am, Getting Older and the spoken-word interlude, Not My Responsibility. Some songs were great to listen at start but will suddenly disappoint you, like Happier Than Ever and GOLDWING. Happier Than Ever was one of the greatest pop record in 2021 but if I would compare it with its debut record, I will happily vine with “WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP WHERE DO WE GO”, 50% more. Happier Than Ever isn’t a bad record but just a major step down from her previous sounds, and if I were to suggest, she should reconsider her track listing procedures for the album. All songs are worth listening for but I think some were listed in the wrong album.

    This album picks right up from her debut. At first I was concerned listening to the singles. But as I listened more I grew to love these songs and play them on repeat. This Sophomore effort is beautifully written and produced. Hats off to Billie and Finneas for another masterpiece.

    i love this album! it has a special sound that grabs me ... its lyrics are deep at times and there are some rhythm changes that just WOW! It is very good.

    Com o tão aguardado 'Happier Than Ever' Billie Eilish prova mais uma vez sua versatilidade sonora, e entrega vocais excelentes em faixas como "everybody dies", e vestígios de rock com gritos arrepiantes e arranjos mais Eilish'r possível nos entrega uma das melhores músicas de sua carreira (Happier than ever).

    The album tracks are very repetitive, you don't notice much difference when you change songs, only 3-4 songs are different from what HTE is.

    On her sophomore album Billie proves that she is a force to be reckoned with. Happy Than Ever proves that she is not a one hit wonder. I can only wait in anticipation as to where her music will head next.

    This is the best album of all times i ever listen, Although we thought WWAFAWDWG would be impossible to top, Billie Eilish has done it again. The album makes sense when put together proves her creative ability, vocal ability, versatility, and Finneas' incredible ability to produce hit song after hit song.

    So, whilst it may not boast songs that stick with you for months in the way that Eilish’s first does, Happier Than Ever feels like a project that will age more gracefully and, in years to come, it may even come to eclipse that which came before it.

    “Your Power” is the slowest-and-lowest moment on “Happier Than Ever,” but as a whole the album is softer, quieter, more languid than Eilish’s trap-inflected debut. ... The dreamy-jazzy mode suits her singing, which has never sounded better than it does throughout “Happier Than Ever.”

    Billie Eilish’s second album expands upon everything that worked the last time and pushes it in new directions, a creative muse restless and bold in its ambition. It may not always land, but this is a terrific release that proves Eilish’s staying power, demonstrating she’s more than up to the task of delivering on the promise of her debut.
