    Billie's sultry vocals are mesmerizing as usual but she really strips down her walk through life with her brother and suitors. I can't get over that she seems so grounded with an I am me and if you don't like it then that is your problem attitude. She is a force to be reckoned with and this album has hits and something for everybody. Solid gold with more single releases from this one.

    I don't think she's ever gonna top her previous album, but this one was some kind of continuation of her debut. I enjoyed the tracks that are kinda relaxing like "Getting Older", "Your Power" or "Male Fantasy", as well as weird track "Not My Responsibility". While "Therefore I Am" is an ode to all the people who don't like her and I find it pretty catchy. Once again, nothing tops her 2019I don't think she's ever gonna top her previous album, but this one was some kind of continuation of her debut. I enjoyed the tracks that are kinda relaxing like "Getting Older", "Your Power" or "Male Fantasy", as well as weird track "Not My Responsibility".     Billie has created another masterpiece. She sounds more mature than ever here, and her lyrics tackle her feelings about fame and past relationships and abuse with gravitas. The production is outstanding. it could have been really easy for her and Finneas to find a more mainstream sound to ensure big success after her debut era, but instead, they went for bold artistic choices that areBillie has created another masterpiece.     A truly wonderful album, full of interesting sonic decisions and complex, emotionally resonant lyrics. Billie's voice has such a spectacular timbre, velvety and soft and soothing. If you appreciate well-crafted alt-pop music with a variety of influences from a variety of decades, then give this record a spin! :)

    A really well produced album, cohesive and with rhythms and lyrics that will make you love more and more, Literally Billie showed off completely with his new album and we would only have to wait to see what more he will bring us.

    Con lo difícil que era superar a WWAFSWDWG, se puede asegurar que Happier than Ever lo iguala y en momentos hasta lo supera! Se nota a una artista mucho más madura y dispuesta a salir de la zona de confort, alejándose en varios tracks del pop fácil. (Interludio de casi 4 minutos incluido, donde no canta sino que nos habla con una de sus letras mas personales)

    A terrific sophomore album, she definitely beat the sophomore album curse; I love the contrast between this album and her debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, how she goes for a rawer and more subtle sound with this album compared to the more mainstream and poppy sound of her debut though I love both.     People thought she wouldn't be able to top her 1st album, boy were they wrong. Oxytocin is a definite highlight with its intimacy, but honestly all the songs are highlights in their own respective way. My personal & current favs (in no order) are: Your Power, NDA, Oxytocin, Happier Than Ever, Male Fantasy, Billie Bossa Nova, & I didn't change my number.

    Amazing album, she definitely went to the next level on her career. The songs sounds very different one to another, but the whole material is very cohesive and works perfectly. Billie was able to show interesting sides of her and opened up about her life. The title track is absolutely perfection.

    Best album of the year! Unbelievable piece of art, after one of the best debuts of all time... Billie gave us one of the best sophomore albums of all time!!!

    Such a great follow up to her debut record, there is so much growth, all the songs sound are so different but so similar in the same way. My favorite tracks at the moment are honestly all of them but if I had to pick I would say getting oler, happier than ever, and GOLDWING. all tracks are stunning! worth the two year wait :)

    Desde a primeira faixa do álbum, já se nota uma grande diferença entre ele e seu antecessor, tanto na sonoridade, como também na letras, demonstrando a evolução musical da Billie.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Just when I thought Billie couldn't top what she's already achieved, she proved me wrong...AGAIN!!! Happier Than Ever is such a cohesive, intimate, personal, somewhere-sexy and everywhere-powerful body of work, and it showed the power of vulnerability which we had never imagined could hit us this hard.
    "Getting Older" serves as a perfect opening track and unveil the adventure we'll embark on, and from the lyrics, you can surely see what kind of a woman Billie has grown into and what kind of obstacles she has encountered during the journey: "Things I once enjoyed, just keep me employed now", ouch, that hurts. Then you can witness her sassiness in tracks like "I Didn't Change My Number", "NDA" and "Therefore I Am" while hear her broken heart in songs like "Halley's Comet", "Everybody Dies" and "Your Power", moreover, her overflowing sexiness sparkled through songs like "Billie Bossa Nova" and erupts in the hardcore tracks like "Oxytocin". in the mid of the album, she present us with an interlude that address her opinions on the public views, which can be perfectly sum up in that title: "Not My Responsibility". Finally, all the bitterness she's been through from her toxic relationship, all the twisted comments everybody threw at her, all the confusing stuff fame had caused her made her blow up in the title track "Happier Than Ever", every screams at the end is her way to release all the negativity she's gained through the way, "just f**king leave me alone!" is her genuine thought to all the sh*t that targeted at her. Then when all the hysteria (in a good way) ends, the whole album melted in a cup of tea called "Male Fantasy", "If I'm getting over you, or just pretending to, be alright, convince myself I hate you", oh honey, we've all been there.
    So here we are, with THE Album of the year: Happier Than Ever, thank u Ms. Billie, for such a therapeutic experience, and for bravely and unapologeticly sharing your story.    … Expand

    Seu melhor álbum até o momento. Até melhor que o grammyado "WWFAWDWG". Os vocais, as composições e a produção estão mais maduras que antes. Billie e Finneas estão em seu melhor momento.

    Actually the most stunning body of work I've EVER listened to. Billie and Finneas are masterminds and they will be sweeping at the the 2022 Grammys.

    Best album of the year. Billie showed maturity in all aspects. Happier Than Ever (song) is the best of her career. This album deserves the world!

    So, whilst it may not boast songs that stick with you for months in the way that Eilish’s first does, Happier Than Ever feels like a project that will age more gracefully and, in years to come, it may even come to eclipse that which came before it.

    “Your Power” is the slowest-and-lowest moment on “Happier Than Ever,” but as a whole the album is softer, quieter, more languid than Eilish’s trap-inflected debut. ... The dreamy-jazzy mode suits her singing, which has never sounded better than it does throughout “Happier Than Ever.”

    Billie Eilish’s second album expands upon everything that worked the last time and pushes it in new directions, a creative muse restless and bold in its ambition. It may not always land, but this is a terrific release that proves Eilish’s staying power, demonstrating she’s more than up to the task of delivering on the promise of her debut.
