May 21, 2023Um dos meus álbuns favoritos, uma obra-prima! Algumas músicas te fazer sentir tanto...os instrumentais são perfeitos!
-
Apr 17, 2023Melhor album desde HOW BIG, HOW BLUE, HOW BEAUTIFUL. Amo como ela foi mais crua aqui, se tornará um clássico.

May 15, 2022In their fourth studio album, Florence Welch and her titular Machine return with a somber tale of resilience, growth and the beautiful chaos of being human.

Jul 3, 2021This is my second favorite Florence album. I really like the production of all the tracks, it makes the tracks feel raw and authentic. I also really like her lyrics on this album. They're very personal and they really make me feel connected to the album. My favorite tracks are South London Forever, Big God, 100 Years, Patricia, The End of Love and Grace.

May 30, 2020This is my least favorite Florence album, a lot of songs just don't connect to me.

Nov 14, 2019Good and bop album! Hunger is best in album. Thanks Florence. And again thanks! Crying so much
-
Sep 1, 2019Florence Welch keeps writing magic music. This album has lyrics that are raw and beautiful, and the melodies that accompany them will make you feel so much of everything. Thank you Florence + The Machine for recording this album.

Jun 29, 2019One of the strongest albums of 2018. A bold and beautiful record with very powerful lyrics. Deserved to win multiple Grammys. Favorite tracks: Hunger, Big God, Sky Full Of Song, Grace, Patricia

May 19, 2019A PERFECT ALBUM. Florence’s voice is perfect, the music is perfect, the lyrics are perfect. Everything is perfect. I love both Ceremonials and High As Hope

Apr 10, 2019This album is a symbol of the maturity as an artist for Florence. Lyrics are so deep, sometimes even painful for listeners. Very minimalistic production, but in couple of songs the production is standing out. This is a short and very cohesive album, congratulations for the whole band!

Dec 2, 2018Not my favorite album by her, but it has some great moments. Big God is the greatest moment of the album.

Oct 4, 2018I have not loved a FatM album like this since Lungs. It's one of my VERY rare no-skip records, and I'm just entranced by every story on every haunting track. You can taste Flo's emotions, and it's REALLY hard not to sing along.
I almost never buy physical CDs anymore, but I bought this one. -

Aug 19, 2018In both a lyrical and instrumental aspect, High as Hope is the band's best work yet with a more stripped-down feel in most of the tracks. Florence sings about even touchier topics than in her previous album "HBHBHB". Favourite tracks: Hunger, Big God, Patricia, No Choir

Jul 26, 2018As always her body of work is always breathtaking, however I feel there is a certain something missing in it but can not escape the fact that there are some beautiful meoldies and lyricism included in this album.
-
Jul 8, 2018It is a highly emotional album, I am really moved by it and it brought me to tears. I am giving this rating purely based my adore on Florence and the machine. Objectively, I would actually give it an 8 due to the transition between songs can seemly disconnect. I prefer music video vision of Hunger with 15 seconds intro.
-
Jul 7, 2018Beautiful album. With it, Florence has the ability to transmit calmness and is capable to transcend her music to another realm.
-
Jul 6, 2018Excellent from the first song to the last. I loved every aspect from this album, the lyrics and instrumentals are on point. AOTY!

Aug 6, 2018While there may be no obvious "stadium" moments here to compare with "Ship to Wreck" from 2015's How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful or the massive "Shake It Out" from 2011's Ceremonials, aside, perhaps from recent single "Big God," this is a deep well of an album that demands repeated listens--the subtleties and intricacies revealing themselves satisfyingly and sometimes inspiringly as time goes on.

UncutJul 19, 2018Sober and joyful. [Sep 2018, p.29]
-
Jul 11, 2018By stripping everything back, it often ends up just being a distillation of their sound. The songs are familiar but frustratingly lack any colour or character.
