I would write an essay easy on this one, but Im going to keep it short so nothing is spoiled. First of it is an art museum more than a game, something to experience and explore, not play. If you love music, art, and the creative process then this game is like diving into Radiohead's head and you will surely feel something special. If you do not enjoy art and like cool visuals, I am sure you'll still enjoy it. But If you want a fun game, this isnt it. But it is a 10/10 experience, honestly the album never stuck with me much but this really changed something and I've been listening to it on and off ever since playing through KID A MNESIA. Just give it a go, I do not really consider things 10/10 often, but this is a type of genre that NEEDS to become a mainstay. Expand

The original "Kid A" and "Amnesiac" albums have already been rated and are classics in their own right. Taking this as the 3 discs together I'd give this a 9/10 release. The 3rd disk is what I will be talking about here though and is a 7/10. The additional material contained in the album "Kid A Mnesia" has a few gems for the completist but it does feel a bit of a missed opportunity. The additional material contained in the album "Kid A Mnesia" has a few gems for the completist but it does feel a bit of a missed opportunity. Almost half of the tracks are interlude type tracks that would have worked nicely in between more substantial tracks but on their own sound lacklustre. "Pulk/Pull True Love Waits Version" is one of the real highlights showing one of the bands attempts to nail the song. "If You Say The Word" is another but there were ample tracks from the era that were have been omitted. Any extra Radiohead material is a good thing in my world but having gone to the trouble of going through the archives they could have done a better or at least a more comprehensive job. Expand

Almost as good as the original. This reissue is a joy as it compiles most of the Kid A recording sessions into a document of unbridled brilliance.

Kid Amnesia is a great compilation of Kid A and Amnesiac. The 3rd disc is where you find the real gems. Quite possibly one of the greatest albums I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. The experimentation here is amazing and calls back to the original Kid A in the new tracks in all the best ways. This is what By The Time I Get to Phoenix wishes it could be.

This is my favourite album of all time. I'm a massive fan of Radiohead. I think Kid A is their best work, but Amnesiac is good too.

This album is now the way I listen to Kid A and Amnesiac. I didn't think about this until this released, but Amnesiac sounds like an extension of Kid A, and works really well when listening to them in order of Kid A/Amnesiac. Not crazy about the extra tracks, but overall, this album works really well.

The third disc acts as a perfect bridge to further connect two incredible albums. All in all, a wonderful listening experience.

I suppose this should deserve 100 as OKNOTOK. A superb release! I listened to Kid Amnesiae with great pleasure. Kid A and Amnesiac, like the rest of Radiohead's music, are timeless.

A splendid album as a work of art. Radiohead is one of the few bands that hasn't sold their soul in order to stay relevant. They delivered the best album this year

Two seriously great albums, but why do I have to buy them again just to get the 3rd disc of not-so-great (though interesting) tracks?

    This is for fans.

But even if you are not fan of RADIOHEAD, you should buy, coz KID A, is a timeless album. Amnesiac is not great as KID A, but it is cool anyways. I not give a 10 for this collection for one reason: They SHOULD include the several (and greats) B-Sides from Amnesiac/kid A sessions like Fast-Track, Amazing Sounds of Orgy, Trans-Atlantic Crawl, Kinetic, Cuttooth,

I would not have given OKNOTOK 10/10, for 1 simple reason: If you wanted to buy a physical copy it was overpriced, which is important for a re-release, considering the people who are probably going to buy, likely already own it. Kid Amnesia however is not over priced for what, on vinyl, is a 3 LP set. Kid Amnesia however is not over priced for what, on vinyl, is a 3 LP set. The addition of unreleased songs is a big draw of course, but for me the real pull is getting the double album that we could have gotten in 2000, instead of the separate releases that they went with. I like that idea and i'm happy to say that it works well. The right choice in 2000 was to release them separately, and it makes it a fun and interesting listening experience 20 years later. Expand

As a snapshot of this crucial turning point in the Radiohead discography, Kid A Mnesia presents a band taking its first steps into a thrilling new phase, one that would alter their trajectory and push them further into the unknown.

The instrumental How To Disappear Into Strings adds a stentorian dimension to How To Disappear Completely, while Fog ascends to a whole new level of mystery in its Again Again version. Radiohead’s loving tending of their back catalogue wins out again.
