Jul 31, 2012Gojira, with its unique style of pounding metal coated with a layer of melancholic melody, has produced another incredible album. It's beyond doubt their most varied album. In addition, it is definitely the best live band I've seen this year, absolutely massive sound !

Jul 6, 2012If you like raw, emotional and technical metal, it does not come close to as good as this. I can't stop listening to it. I can imagine it would be even more impressive live...

Sep 23, 2012The future of Metal is French?!? Astonishing but true! Raw, unpretentious, technically brilliant and just damn good. Buy the special edition - the DVD is worth the money on its own.

Dec 27, 2012Really heavy and melodic, with lyrics that really mean something and are expressed in a right way, it's a record that everyone can understand in one or another way.

Sep 10, 2019Great album! Heavy, aggressive, passionate, furious, painful. Love it from the first second

I don't like metal. But I like this. I really, really like this.

Aug 21, 2012An utterly exhausting but consistently thrilling listen, L'Enfant Sauvage is arguably a career best which suggests Gojira have found their spiritual home.
