The album flows with musical flourishes and similarities throughout, which makes it sound like one piece of music than a collection of songs. The meditative electronics mixed with the natural ambience allows the mind to carve its own path through the music all the way to its final track where everything comes together and the journey is understood.

This album is very deep! I can not explain how this is possible but I literally got a trip from that music. It makes you calm down, find your piece and concentrate on yourself. Of course, it's not an album for a tour and there are no hits, but overall it's a very conceptual work by Jon. I was very surprised how he incorporates the sound he did in the last album to this one (Welcome). HeThis album is very deep! I was very surprised how he incorporates the sound he did in the last album to this one (Welcome). He creates a story with it. You follow it and you start with Jon this amazing psychedelic therapy. During this trip, you make an inner reflection of the things which happened to you and affected you. You find your emotional calmness and you release the things you wanted to release a long ago, but were scared. This is real therapy. Thank you, Jon! Expand

An album about finding meaning in the quiet, and even people who will never take psychedelic drugs or visit remote Ecuadorian caves, can get something out of that.

At its best, the LP touches on the dizzying maximalism that made past records so thrilling. But at other times it treads the same ground as the healing frequency meditation videos that proliferate on YouTube.

This is Hopkins’ strongest album to date. It is also his bravest. Which is saying something indeed.
