I love it. Lifetime is sure to be a classic. I know that Maxwell has been nominated for a grammy for this song. I 'll be crossing my fingers for him. This woman's work is still beautiful although I prefer the "unplugged" version. For Lovers Only, Symptom Unknown and Changed also deserve a listen. If you ever get the chance to go to one of his concerts, please do so you will have the time of your life. Expand

Particularly speaking of "Changed," that track brings a good blend of classic funky soul and modern R&B rythm which is the very element that makes Maxwell stand out from all other artist.

Love the way he matures and converse to "Change" whenever it's in his space. His latest CD "NOW" is funky and smoothe at the same time. Maxwell has the best soulful first of our times. Awaiting his lastest rebirth in album.

It is a mature and honest progression through the life and career of a soul that exemplifies " real love and spirit. Absolutely orginal and second to none!

Maxwell is on another level. I wasnt born in this country and sometimes feel I dont have enough background in R & B. Why is guy not praised in the media as a gift to R&B. I've heard he sounds like other artists who have come before him, and for those familiar with this genre of music, it's a "been there, heard that' situation. For me, his music is new, phenomenal and incompatible with anything I've heard as far as R & B goes. Expand

This album is a reflection of Maxwells growth. I expect nothing less of this artist. The song "Silently" Is a sleeper hit.

Maxwell never seems to let the ladies down when it comes to luring us into his groove. He doesn't only lure you into the melody but also into him. He always has my vote!

This is grown-up, frequently gorgeous music that epitomises the very best in neo-soul.
  2. But for all its stylish exuberance, 'Now' is an album full of wonderful sounds that's lamentably thin on songs.
  3. This album leaves little doubt that when it comes to expressing the joys and heartbreak of life, few R&B singers do it as gracefully as Maxwell.
