-
Mar 2, 2023I enjoyed this album a lot, but you do have to detach it from their previous work. Their ability to top charts is impressive. Roaring 20s and The Overpass are phenomenal tracks!

Jun 25, 2022The album is great overall with tracks like the overpass and Say Amen (Saturday Night) but tracks like one of the drunks drag on a tiny bit you can tell the amount of love and care with instrumentals and vocals goes a long way can't wait for the new album.
-
Apr 28, 2022Brendon Urie returns with Pray for the Wicked, a magnificent album, fantastic and full of good vibes, hopefully Brendon's magic doesn't go away
-
Mar 3, 2022I really love Brendon's voice so I'm not as upset as some people were when this album had more pop vibes. Out of all his albums this one has the most consistently good songs that I won't skip over when I hear them come on. Dying in LA was a bit weaker than the rest but that's my only critique.

Mar 20, 2021Good album!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Timefor the next one
-

Jul 24, 2020what a great energetic album! love every bit of it, an amazing alternative type of pop
-
canciones favoritas: say amen saturday night, roaring 20's
canciones menos favoritas: dying in l.a. -
Mar 5, 2020Brendon... I mean Panic! Have fully embraced mainstream pop music and have produced this album of absolute bops mixed with some absolute stinkers. The main takeaway from this is that it's now completely the Brendon Urie show and he's now turned his back on what made the band what they are now. Key tracks: High Hopes, Silver Lining, Roaring 20s. 52/100

Dec 23, 2019This album... I can't put into words how much I love it! Every song has this something. This something that when you listen to it on the radio, you just have to pay full attention to it and start bopping. One of the best pop albums ever made. And the best albums ever in general probably. And his voice is obviously amazing! I sound like a 10 year old but I swear it's true. ^^

Jun 26, 2019I liked this album. It is very fun and makes you want to dance. A lot of new sounds are explored, making for an interesting listening experience. There are quite a few gems on this album, and hardy any duds (though even the "bad songs" are still okay). Sometimes I miss the guitars, but I can't be too mad. Interested to see where they go next. This album should be a blast live!

Jun 24, 2019Panic! at the Disco is on the verge of peaking and the funny thing is it's not even Panic anymore It's Brendon! at the Disco and it's good. Real good. Between DOAB and Pray For the Wicked Brendon has revitalised his career.
Hey Look Ma, I Made It, High Hopes and One of the Drunk are outstanding. The only song I didn't enjoy was Silver Lining. Over all this is a great album. -

Apr 26, 2019I've got to say, pretty generic, with some good tension chords throughout which I always like, but mostly a sleek and maximalist produced pop album trying to cover up for its mediocrity and successfully failing at it. Not the best.

Dec 2, 2018At first listen, I didn't enjoy it that much. I was like meh, a usual P!ATD album. It's definitely a grower album. High Hopes is THAT song, the production at the first and second verses alone deserve the 8 I gave. I'm glad to see the song reaching #6 in US. Its their highest charted song there yet.

Thank u, next. -
Nov 2, 2018The worst album of Panic! by far
It is a complete insult that Brendon continue to use the name of a band that should have already completed its cycle, if it is going to throw crap like this, it should do so under its own name. -
Oct 24, 2018The best summer release!
the best album of panic!
Each song is a whole story, vocals are beyond praise! -

-
Sep 16, 2018This record fails where Panic! is best at. Making songs you can blast, but here, most of the songs feel like a firework that flies to the sky without exploding, they don't flow, they feel rushed and forced. The lyrics are also probably the worst from Panic!
-
Sep 6, 2018This band made two good albums at the beginning of their career but Brendon Urie took the reins and turned it into a forgettable pop project. What a shame and what a waste.

Aug 18, 2018Brendon Urie wrote this album while he was doing Kinky Boots and the album has all the Broadway sound. It has bittersweet lyrics, a mixed sound between 1920 and 2018. It's just perfect.

Jul 26, 2018Great album nothing bad about it but then again nothing amazing about it. Just seems like an average album with a few standouts and samey feeling filler tracks.
-
Jul 13, 2018The Weakest panic album by far, its just pop with a jazz twist to make it somewhat bearable
-
Jul 8, 2018Very cool album !! much better than the previous one!
every song is a masterpiece!
every song is history !!
best, best, best !! -
Jul 4, 2018This is Panic! At The Disco, but I have to admit this is probably the weakest release under the name. The songs all sound (mostly) the same and there really is nothing unique about this album. Despite having catchy tunes, this is not “Death of a Bachelor” quality as we should now expect. Over all, I think Pray For The Wicked is meh.
-
Jun 29, 2018This album, at a first listen, wasn't really that great. After many listens, however, it became apparent how amazing it actually is.
-
Jun 28, 2018Utterly exhausting. Vocally, it sticks to one irritating octave from start to finish. There's little variation from song to song. Nothing is subtle. Everything is thrown at you with little grace.
I have to compliment it on being a very 'out there' album, it breaks from the norm a tad. It's just a shame it does so in such a graceless way. -
Jun 28, 2018I was really optimistic about this album, especially after hearing Say Amen(Saturday Night) but I was very disappointed. There are more songs that I hate than like overall. It feels way too repetitive and gets very tedious after a few listens.
-
Jun 27, 2018This album is ok. It's not as good compared to the other p!atd albums they've put out, because of bad wordplay and somewhat generic pop elements. The songs are catchy and the brass is a very nice addition, but I think Brendon could have used a bit more creativity. There are some exceptions, however, such as Roaring 20s and Dying In LA. Other than that, the album is only okay, not great.
-
Jun 25, 2018The Album´s beats are sickening, It makes it so easy, fun and entertainment to listen, It sound so jazzy, and mainstream at the same time, The vocals are insane, without any doubt this album is one of their best works of the band
-
Jun 25, 2018This is a good album, but that's all it is. There's nothing incredibly bad, but nothing incredibly good either. Nothing stood out, for good or bad. It was all just 'good'.
-

-
Jun 25, 2018Brendon Urie's amazing. I didn't think he'd be able to out due Death of A Bachelor but low and behold. This guy's on fire. Favorites: Silver Lining, Hey Look Ma, Dancing's Not A Crime, and Old Fashioned. Don't miss Dying In LA either. Hear this thing.

-
Jun 25, 2018Superar o álbum anterior é essencial! Todas as músicas são boas e têm melodias e refrões marcantes. Destaque para os hinos **** a) Silver Lining”, “Hey Look Ma, I Made It”, “Roaring 20s” (precisa ser single), “One of the Drunks”, “Old Fashioned” e “Dying in LA”. AOTY! Quem concorda nasceu.
-
Jun 24, 2018A fun album that just doesn't quite manage to keep you emotionally invested. Well produced, catchy songs though.

Jun 23, 2018I was looking forward to this Panic album for a while, so you can imagine my disappointment when I heard this pop/trap/electro swing(?) album instead. It's not a bad album by any means, but it's not great either. I'm all for artists changing up their style with every release, heck it's what this band is known for, but this just sounds like a watered down version of their last release.
-

-
Jun 23, 2018The album is great, but i thought the song dying in LA just does not match with the other ones, neither with the concept of the album because the album creates a really happy and intense scenario, as we always expect from panic! at the disco, but then it all breaks with this sad song, so this was kind of senseless. Although the rest of the album is amazing.
-
-
Jun 23, 2018Whilst the songs may be fun and great to dance to, Urie manages to convey the struggles that he may have endured earlier in life. The lyrial content are some of the strongest that ever been written from this artist. The songs in this album are very strong and makes this album very cohesive. This album is the perfect successor to Death Of A Bachelor.
-
Jun 23, 2018This is absolutely perfect album!
Each song is different from the other, each song has its own style! There is not one weak or pass-through track! Experiments with sounding are very cool! Instrumentation is very professional and gives a special charm! Texts as always on top!
the album turned out to be as cool as DOAB, and somewhere it's even more interesting than DOAB. -
Jun 22, 2018This is one of my favourite albums so far. Like all the previous albums, Pray For The Wicked is unique and I feel that these songs mantain the essence of Death Of A Bachelor with more energy (and less jazz). But i just don't get the concept from this album yet.
-
Dying In LA é uma boa baladinha, destaca bastante a voz do Brendon.
Jun 22, 2018
-
Jun 22, 2018It's a good album, not the best, not the worst. The instrumental in some of the songs and brendon voice are really good.
-
Jun 22, 2018Probably the best album from Panic! dwarfing fan favorite albums for me. Perfect amount of anthemic atmosphere, and a perfect way to move on after DOAB.
Best: Hey Look Ma, I Made It, High Hopes, Say Amen, The Overpass, Dancing's Not A Crime, Silver Lining, King Of The Clouds, Old Fashioned
Worst: Dying In LA -
Jun 22, 2018What was Brendon thinking...
One of the worst releases by the band and definitely by far the worst album musically speaking for them. -

-
Jun 22, 2018Like, there's no way to Panic make a bad work. Sounds like a Broadway Musical. Dope.
-
Jun 22, 2018Pray For The Wicked is the perfect successor for the exhilarant, superb and grandiloquent Death of a Bachelor (and like its predecessor, it shares the same adjectives). More danceable, with funk, Broadway and groovy influences, if you are ready to continue the awesome ride of brass sections mixed with Brendon majestic voice, then this is the album for you.
-
-
Jun 22, 2018I really loved it! This is the next logical step for Brendon and he did it really well. My favorite off this album is Roaring 20s which is the best song I heard since Lorde's Melodrama release. Amazing.
-

-
Jun 22, 2018Sounds like b-sides to the newest Fall Out Boy album , which is a bad thing. Not much creativity, lots of cheesy lyrics , and very little real instrumentation. Death of A Bachelor was tolerable, this isn’t by miles. Bands can grow, all for it, but this isn’t growth when you drop most of your band and start using hip hop beats the entire album.

-
Jun 29, 2018The poignant album-ending ballad “Dying In LA” makes you wish there had been more tracks showcasing Urie’s pop-transcending emotive vocals.
-
Kerrang!Jun 27, 2018It feels harsh to criticise a Panic! At The Disco record for being bold and exploring its brash nature to the fullest. ... But there's no getting around the fact this one feels like it could have done with a defter touch and some sonic restraint. [30 Jun 2018, p.53]
-
Jun 26, 2018Between horns, strings, synths, guitars and all the rest this record is definitely an attack on the senses and shows Urie's knack for constructing a radio-friendly hit, but delve below the surface and it doesn't have much to offer. Certainly not enough to justify diminishing returns for a long running act, definitely not enough to keep me coming back for anything but the first few beats.
