A frenetic rap record. Saturarion III close Saturation's installment with a good aesthetic work, excellent rhymes and extraordinary rhythm between the members. A big group making a big album.

    Personally for me Saturation I > S III > S II.
This is the most POP of all three, it's very different than the first two (less bangers and more singing). Only thing that needed was a better ending by bearface.
Overall the band shows a lot of synergy and chemistry. It rivals and outdoes at times other groups like the pro era. I look forward to this band's next projects

This is the best Saturation IMO, Every member contributes great verses every on every track and this Saturation also has the best production between the 3 with a more aggressive and experimental tone. The only complaint i have on this album is that Ameer does not change his flow at all, but this could be applied between all 3 Saturation's.

It was about time to see them here. Saturation III sounds better than II, but not quite as good as the first one, but the fact is, each installment on its own isn't such a huge accomplishment, but the whole boxset is the real deal, three amazingly consistent albums recorded and produced in 365 days isn't something that you see that often, specially in that genre. Saturation actually saturated the scene with BROCKHAMPTON, introducing a whole lot of new fans. Them as a group have an immense potential and each member can now go on with their solo careers, which I'm hoping for (specially Ameer).

Saturation isn't revolutionary, but its consistency and fun stood out to be the most surprising moments of 2017, with catchy songs, amazing production, some great lyrics here and there, a consistent great experience.

More of the same by Brockhampton. Whether or not that's a good thing depends on how you felt about the first Saturation. While there's nothing truly mind-blowing or innovative. These are still a decent collection of songs. Boogie is easily the best song the group has made period. Listen to Saturations in order, see if this album is for you. I personally, am not too impressed.

a consistently great album. BROCKHAMPTON has really good lyrics overall, but on SATURATION III we can definitely see them climaxing quality-wise, accompanied by an amazing production. the «cinema» interludes fill the whole album with beauty and really compliment it.
even tho some songs are not up to this album’s standards it doesn’t really affect its quality.

The third entry to the Saturation Trilogy is nothing shy of fair. The production is great, and is a mix bag of different styles from the blaring horns in BOOGIE to the very melancholy guitars in BLEACH, which further pushes the variety of this group. It's not to hard to listen to, but the constant vocal alterations may become a bit confusing to the ear, and a little bit blurry to the theme of the album. JOHNNY, for example, features 5 short verses, with Kevin Abstract being the main vocals for this track. It becomes rather confusing, and it makes the story being portrayed very unclear. Now, the lyrics in this album are not horrible, and the deliveries are quite well, but this album's themes, stories, and topics become very unclear when several points of views are being brought into this product that doesn't quite mix as well as it could.

The third part of the Saturation series is just as strong as the first two, showing off Brockhamptons talent for mixing the vulnerable and the aggressive, the quiet and the loud and the sad and the funny on their alternative Hip Hop and R'n'B tracks.

Saturation III is the final album in a trilogy that has brought the group much attention. Their music experiments with many different sounds for the genre they are in (rap/hip hop). The different tracks on the album are very well created, with clever lyrics, exceptional production, and ample amounts of creativity.
Saturation 3 has a 82 rating on Metacritic, with quotes about the album like, “The work and musical experiments Brockhampton has proven to be a successful one. Tradition means nothing to a project like Saturation III, as constant themes of vulnerability poverty, violence, sexuality gives listeners nothing but honest perspectives.” (HipHopDX). Brockhampton is also appreciated by many reputable celebrities and artists, including Bella Hadid, Tyler the Creator, and Jaden Smith. The album peaked on the American iTunes Chart at #9 for multiple days despite having such an unconventional style that cannot be placed into one genre easily.
Most, if not all of the tracks on Saturation III stand out. Comparing the songs “TEAM” and “JOHNNY”, you can tell how much the music varies in this album and the other two Saturation albums. Even though these tracks are so different, the songs never feel off or out of place. Every song from Brockhampton is a new experience, but you can always recognize their prominent sound. They have a very unique style that you can instantly distinguish even when they choose not to experiment as much, as is obvious on the song “ALASKA”. In addition, there are many beautiful melodies, like in the song “BLEACH”, which contribute to the many sublime moments on the album. While you are listening to the catchy melodies and rhythms during the members’ rapping, there are very meaningful lyrics and verses coming from all of the members, like from Kevin Abstract on his verses, the hook, and the intro from “JOHNNY” where he uses clever wordplay to talk about his sexuality and some of his regrets and decisions he has made.
There are many other meaningful verses on this album. Also on “JOHNNY”, the member JOBA has a verse where he opens up about his struggles with drugs, depression, and anxiety in one of the most heartbreaking verses by the group. Three days after the album’s release, he tweeted about the verse, saying, “I still can’t casually listen to my verse on JOHNNY, it makes me so uncomfortable. I hope it helped someone.” On “LIQUID”, multiple members talk about their struggles during their lifetimes, with Ameer Vann talking about his parents fighting, Dom McLennon talking about his family struggling with finances and his struggle with social anxiety, and more.
Brockhampton brings a lot to the table in Saturation III, with many new sounds that are extremely diverse. They do this while simultaneously providing meaningful lyrics talking about real issues like homosexuality and police brutality with intelligent references, metaphors, and wordplay. This pushes the genre forward because they talk about such subjects, have such a high standard for lyrics, and are extremely creative with the way they create music. This album deserves a 10 out of 10 because Brockhampton has managed to skillfully create music that is exceptional in every category within it.

My least favorite of BROCKHAMPTON's SATURATION trilogy. However, that is not a bad thing at all. It is still a fantastic album and contains that signature BROCKHAMPTON unpredictability that makes them so appealing. Kevin Abstract continues to demonstrate his creativity that makes him the focal point of the band and a great artist.

This is the best album from the 'Saturation' trilogy! The production on this album is so upbeat and always gives me goosebumps when listening. The best 'Saturation' song is on this album and has such diversity. The only reason this review isn't a 10 is due to the 'Cinema' skits, i find them unnecessary and quite annoying as all the songs flow together so well. Overall, an incredible album!

What unites them through the funk of “Zipper”, the smooth, slightly cheesy pop of “Hottie” and the sudden bursts of metallic dissonance on “Sister/Nation” is a sense of hiphop starting over, moving beyond iconography and iconoclasm into a world where they have absolute freedom to make shit up as they go along.
