  1. NOFX take a crack at pressing matters both inwards and outwards, succeeding in not only making a seamless expression of both sides but cranking out some truly memorable jams to boot.

Self Entitled benefits from his [Fat Mike's] more honest lyricism. [Oct 2012, p.90]

Catchy, fun, and even touched with a little regret, Self Entitled is just the kind of album NOFX should be making at this point.

The reassuring thing about Self/Entitled is that NOFX are still gobby, snotty and obnoxious for punk's sake. [29 Sep 2012, p.54]

  1. Good album, it's solid all the way through. You've got a few songs about the current state of politics and some social commentary, a couple songs against the idiocy of religion, you've got a couple songs about general punk things and you've got your now obligatory emotional song about Mike's personal life.

All in all I recommend it, but don't expect anything earth-shattering here.

  2. A solid album, better than some of the more recent outputs from Fat Mike. Not exactly my favourite NOFX album, but I can put it on and enjoy myself for the couple of minutes it lasts. Collapse
