Aug 6, 2021Lingua Ignota is not from the here and now. She is a doom opera goddess sent to us from another dimension. Has anyone checked if she is real? Ps. This album is incredible.

Nov 19, 2021Eerie, sinister and frightening. A petrifying piece of work. So raw and unique it cannot be categorized. Hayter opens the wounds and let them bleed until the sense of desperation exceeds the bearable limits.

Aug 13, 2021This is a painfully stunning album. Devastatingly brilliant and deeply spiritual in a very dark way. A must have album.

Aug 13, 2021A masterpiece. I'm out of words like the moment I started this album, I knew what it's gonna become. wow. so impressed. gonna check out her disco.

Jan 31, 2022I had a mixture of feelings almost never experienced before, it was devastating, resulting in something exquisite. The lyrical composition is haunting, profound, and truly new. I really don't have words to describe the production and Kristin's voice; the context of the album is hard to digest at certain points; all this makes it a perfect album.

Aug 12, 2021Lingua Ignota demonstrates her incredibly artistic flexibility by exploring motifs often absent from her debut noise genre. There is something signature and undeniably Lingy about all albums from ABD, Caligula, and Sinner Get Ready.

The WireDec 20, 2021Polyphonic chants mesh with distorted piano hits and percussive clatter in an ecstasy of derision and judgment, before turning into a righteous roar. [Oct 2021, p.58]

Dec 20, 2021With Hayter’s intentions fully understood, Sinner Get Ready not only gains more gravity acting on the guillotine blade as it comes down, but the head that it intends to decapitate has a face that we all can now recognize.

Aug 23, 2021Hayter’s voice admirably performs that complexity on Sinner Get Ready; it’s a beautiful instrument that will fill you with terrible woe, and then terrible wonder.
