    Sunn O))) & Ulver come together for a collaborative album that has been in the works since way back in 2008. The album does a pretty good job of blending each bands sound evenly and nicely. Overall, it's decent. The biggest thing that hurts this record is its short length.

    These two groups disappear into each other as naturally as vapor disappears into the air, and the general atmosphere favors an industrial interpretation rather than a drone or doom-metal one.

    Anyone feeling the mildest desire to get on with their day may reach for the volume control and reduce the endless drone to background level – hardly the point of the exercise.
