    Has an undeniable groove and confidence to it, but the best songs on the album are those that have already been released. So, in that regard I was a little disappointed. Overall, I'd put it behind "Sweetener," but still a good album.

    Thank U, Next indeed. Sweetener was absolutely dire and the fact that it won Pop Vocal Album at the 2019 Grammys over Reputation is shocking. However, I am expecting big things with this album. Ariana is back to making music that shows off her vocals. The album has a hip-hop R&B vibe to it sort of like 'Dangerous Woman'. Of course none of her albums will top that one but comparing it toThank U, Next indeed.     Her most ambitious and cohesive album to date. An incorporation of hodgepodge of music genres ranging from hip-hop/trap, R&B, bubblegum pop, rock, classical and ballad. Every song is amazing on its own and had amazing chops and breakdowns. She finally found her sound and style.

Adding to that, Ariana delivers solid lyrics and vocals that only adds to the excellence. The only weakish track for me is NASA but even then, I can listen to the whole thing without skipping. The album includes happy tracks about self love such as ”thank u, next” and ”7 rings” but also personal ballads such as ”ghostin”. Definitely her best work yet, it’s simply breathtaking.

    This is Ariana's most solid body of work. Cohesive, great production, great lyrics and amazing vocals. Glad she finally found her true sound and hope she keeps doing music like this.

    Ariana finally opens her heart to write and create an album , we stan ! This is so Ariana album i've listened so far. she is experimenting with different genres and vocal base and so on which is truly amazing. SHE IS THAT **** !

    this album is wonderful in less than 6 months of her fourth album "Sweetener" Aryan returns even more mature and confident, with rhythms that take her out of her comfort zone, Arrian brings songs of overcoming, pain and joy ... totally pop princess

    this album is great, it shows that Ariana does not stand still and is growing in the music industry,and not only music, but she herself. Ariana shows how strong she is and that she can achieve anything she wants. She really grew up after the fourth album of sweetener.

    Easily her best and her most cohesive work yet. It's catchy and there are no skips despite its short production time and its short length. Great production, great melodies, great lyrics, and great vocals as always. The sound that she goes for in this album is more "organic" and "authentic", nothing is forced and it shows how she turned one of the difficult times in her life to a great workEasily her best and her most cohesive work yet.     thank u, next builds on Sweetener by switching modes of scale. It’s less about looking at the world than being by yourself, more focused on the textures of memory than our actions stemming from it. ... thank u, next is also Ariana’s most stunning vocal album.

    [7 Rings] is a hit, but isn’t actually all that great, using Rodgers and Hammerstein’s My Favourite Things as its sing-song musical base. The rest of the album remains of interest for its evolutions in sound, delivery and attitude.
