Nov 7, 2012"Though, after a while, the album does sound repetitive with its same orchestral style, it does present a trademark album to Kylie, showing that Kylie won't be hanging up her goldpants any time soon."

May 23, 2013Sorry Kylie, but your voice just isn't interesting enough (or good enough) for this over the top orchestral treatment of bubble gum pop and dance songs. It's just a tad self-indulgent as well.
...still love the originals though. -

Jan 27, 2013The original songs out shined the lyrics, vocals and some of the most important aspects of the songs. Here she is stripped back and showing everyone what she meant. It's very good musically, but some may be concerned her vocals are too weak for this project. BUT the thing is, buying this... You should at least know what you in for. Soft vocals, beautiful songs.

Oct 21, 2017Um trabalho que mostra como Kylie Minogue é talentosa, se aventurando no estilo Oschestral, ela mostra o que todos já pudemos ver durante sua carreira: ela se adequa em qualquer estilo musical.

Oct 11, 2020The kylie's songs versions Is fantastic. The work in this album is very strong. Is a gift to fans and pop music.

Nov 30, 2012Re-recording one's old songs in an older style isn't a revolutionary manoeuvre.... Kylie's addition to the tradition is also a fairly mixed bag.

Q MagazineNov 21, 2012As a singer, Kylie still sounds about 15 and her voice sometimes struggles not to be engulfed by the swells of strings and legions of backing singers. Nevertheless, for the most part, this is quality stuff. [Dec 2012, p.101]

Nov 13, 2012In some cases, that sugary voice which works so well as a pop vehicle lacks the full-bodied character to carry a big ballad.
