YustenJun 22, 2009Don't understand why the reviews are as low as they are. This is a great comeback from a band that has yet to disappoint.

CicobuffJul 2, 2009I feel this album won't win the band any new fans, that aside for the most part its a consistent record, less commerical for the most part in comparison to the last release Catch Without Arms, but with that more varied and conceptual like El Cielo was.

jamesTJun 24, 2009Catch without arms was one hell of a record to have to follow but this album fucking rocks.

GregO.Jun 28, 2009If you like dredg you will like this cd. I almost didn't pick it up after reading these reviews but I am really glad I did. Buy this record and enjoy it because I know you will.

Jan 20, 2011Amazing, amazing music. Simple as that. Everything is superb on this record, from songwriting to performance to production. Easily my most played album of 2009 and probably for the most part of 2010 as well. Song to die for: Quotes.

While weeding through the wreckage of science, sociology, and religion for the quivering individual may seem like heavily guarded Radiohead territory, Dredg pulls it off with the human heart still intact. At 18 tracks, it can be a lot to swallow, but keep in mind that many of these are transitional pieces and rarely overstay their welcome.

Alternative PressPariah isn't without its merits, and diehard fans will likely find few flaws anywhere. But for the casual listener, the album might seems a little less "Of The Room" and a little more "Rent." [Jul 2009, p.126]

Though it often oversteps its own ability a few too many times, The Pariah, The Parrot, The Delusion is clear in aggression and ambition, rarely annoying listeners with undue hubris.
