Beauty and humanity may have entered the picture, but the welcoming A/B Til Infinity was still more willing to connect, so consider that to be a first encounter, then come here for a more refined reduction of Egyptrixx's excellent off-world techno.

The album accomplishes what Psutka set out to do, which was to convey the dichotomy of club music through a minimalist and deconstructionist lens, and it does so unapologetically and with considerable confidence.

Transfer Of Energy [Feelings Of Power] serves as an experiment more than anything else, and one that's a thrill to boot. Still, it remains an experiment and without a thorough understanding of the technical jargon, our field of vision is very limited.

While as bracing as ever, this sound is less striking now, and the album sees Psutka creating solid but less remarkable grooves. [Feb 2015, p.56]

Only brief, melancholy melodies give relief from the oppressive darkness.

[The] third Egyptrixx album has a fidgety, unsettling quality. [Mar 2015, p.97]
