LoegenPJan 4, 2006This is not the best album by The Crystal Method, but it was sure better than Legion Of Boom. But it was still very good. But I still really like it so i still give it a definate 10!

SergioBApr 9, 2004This has to be the baddest cd I bought twice. I'd seen "the name of the game video, and I was hooked!" I bought the cd and it changed my life. Every time I listened to it, I either wanted to work out or break dance. Not long after that I got all their cd's, even community service. Three months ago, I accidentally sat on my cd and broke it, I had to go and by it again.

DavidS.Aug 27, 2001Great followup disc. Music of this kind sounds great on disc but live and in concert is where it really blows your mind.

GrantB.Aug 2, 2001More accessible; and better in almost every way than their first album. (excluding "trip like I do" -of course :-)

Awards & Rankings

BlenderTweekend lacks the immediacy of Vegas, but it works better the further it strays from Ecstasy-fueled breakbeats and squawking electro-hooks. Unfortunately, it doesn't stray too far. [Aug/Sep 2001, p.122]
-
SpinGuest shots from rock stars like Tom Morello and Scott Weiland can't make up for a sorry lack of head-banging hooks... [Sep 2001, p.163]
-
The duo wisely experiments with a wider variety of moods and melodies.
