IDK starts this project with some heavy tracks and memorable bars worthy of a sharpshooter. These tracks are raw, powerful and electric. The production on those simply is as pure as gorgeous and very appealing.
I can't say the same for the second leg of the record that sees longer and more repetitive tracks that sadly don't get along with the rest of the effort. Excepted for the marvelous

I can't say the same for the second leg of the record that sees longer and more repetitive tracks that sadly don't get along with the rest of the effort. Excepted for the marvelous sample on 'Peloton', the production and the lyrics tend to be dull and less creative from '10 Feet' included. I don't get why IDK put such ridiculous interludes into this but it clearly contributes to make me see it as a mess even if some beat switches manage to give it some consistence and unpredictability.

I have listened to hundreds of thousands of hours of hip-hop in my life. This album is one of the very best I have ever heard. IDK is an absolute master at sonic layering, switching flows, creating catchy hooks, and using features effectively. There are very few artists who can assemble tracks the way IDK does on this album. In all honestly, 8/10 is a disrespectful score for this album.I have listened to hundreds of thousands of hours of hip-hop in my life. This album is one of the very best I have ever heard. Put on headphones and really LISTEN to this album - pay attention to the way he uses his production, voice inflections, beat/flow changes, etc. to keep his songs interesting the entire way through. If the lyrical content (which is in no way shallow) isn't your thing, you still can't deny the quality of the music. It is art on the highest level, and like every great album it gets better with each listen.

One more thing: take a look at the respect that IDK continues to get from some of the most respected artists out there. Game recognizes game.

Features are great, songs connect with each other, theme is deeply embedded, top 30 of 2021 for me.

The Album feels so connected to itself. IDK is a Great Singer and the production on this album is great as well. Hey Auntie and Cry In Church are some amazing story telling songs. Cry In Church is quite Literally the only song to ever make me cry. I'll Never understand how people Don't like this album. Expand

An underrated, slightly raw album which is enjoyable throughout. IDK has a style which will leave some unexpected verses swimming around your head for weeks. It's difficult to label the type of album this is, both purposefully and due to IDK's ongoing struggle to find "his" sound. Even with its slightly bloated track list and some dips in quality, IDK delivers another over-the-top andAn underrated, slightly raw album which is enjoyable throughout. Presenting raw emotion and over-the-top braggadocio with such exacting balance is part of IDK's talent, and he delivers on USEE4YOURSELF like never before.

It may not astound, but like a visit from an understanding friend, it’s nice to have to lean on.

Remaining difficult to pin down even after several listens, it platforms a true artist whose creativity isn’t about to be hemmed by the marketplace – he’s got higher goals.
