jonrApr 20, 2006Pop perfection: this is a brilliant album, and a massive improvement over "Glass Floor." Has to be one of the year's best.

MuSep 30, 2006I dont care what the critics or reviewers say, this cd is awesome from start to finish, and everyone Ive played it for has absolutely loved it. It seems like every day I have a different song stuck in my head.

JDWilliamsApr 19, 2006very catchy indie rock record. love the melodic guitar playing and the singing fits the music greatly!

PaulCApr 20, 2006We, The Vehicles is the perfect follow-up to Glass Floor. This one actually rocks more like a DP rather than TPR album. The rhythm section is dead on. Its a shame that Eric is leaving the band.

KevinRMay 28, 2006A great album, one of the best so far this year. With a very fresh pop-indie sound, this is a very welcome addition in any collection.

AaronQApr 28, 2006An almost perfect pop record! Definitely one that has potential to grow even more on me. Has the feel of early Promise Ring with instrumentation more like D-Plan's "Change," yet this release proves this band is much different. "Parade of Punk Rock T-Shirts" is by far the best song of the year thus far.

AndyApr 28, 2006Wow, after the disappointment of their previous album, Glass Floor, this is quite a pleasant surprise. Easily the best Maritime work and quite possibly the best work by Davie VanBohlen since The Promise Ring's "Nothing Feels Good." Pick this up immediately.

AlPMay 25, 2006This is a very catchy album. The best I've gotten in a few months. If you're thinking about it (obviously you are), go ahead and get it.

ChrisGMay 8, 2006Didn't hear the first one, but ya, I dig it, Straight ahead rocky pop...nifty guitar work and melodic..always a winning combination.

NathanKApr 25, 2006Much better then their first effort. Still does not reach the greatness of DPlan or early Promise Ring, but they aren't either of those groups. Keep improving baby!

JerryMcTJun 2, 2006this album is pleasantly quirky, but these guys just strike me as lightweights.

We, the Vehicles not only exceeds its predecessor, but serves as a corrective to every one of its deficiencies.
-
Alternative PressThe songs are mature but not boring; nicely layered but not overproduced; well executed but not sterile. [May 2006, p.164]
-
We, The Vehicles is a fine collection of songs by a band running on all cylinders.
