    The tunes are okay, the lyrics are terrible. I can see why some people would like this music, but it personally isn't for me. The album lacks emotional connection with the listener, which in my opinion, is the one thing that creates a good album. None of the songs create a consistent mood within the album, and this works with some albums, but not in this case. I have a feeling that NeroThe tunes are okay, the lyrics are terrible.     '80s synthpop pandering aside, Welcome Reality is a beautifully realized vision of an album whose pomp and bombast will appeal to those looking for pop that goes beyond dancing.
