Mar 19, 2022this album is amazing, I'm a huge billie fan and i think this album is a masterpiece, the lyrics are so good and it's easy to relate with them if you've passed for the same as billie did. bilie reallt knows how to talk and sing about depression and more stuff

Jun 7, 2023When we all are so used to a generic pop album, Billie releases this album. Such a unique one, so honest, so true, and so good. Billie is so young and so talent. Not only the best album of 2019, but one of all times, and maybe my personal favorite, I cant even pick a favorite song because they all are incredible. She really made a difference in the industry with this one.
-
Jul 12, 2023When we all fall asleep where do we go. I had to come back here years later to give the album its tens. Four years after and I never get tired of this. This album is a masterpiece that captures every mood. Not generic and still gets you grooving. I love it!
-
Jul 31, 2023The album perfectly describes a vulnerable as well as cool soul inside a Los Angeles girl.
-
Sep 10, 2023Álbum revolucionário, WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP WHERE DO WE GO e o Pure Heroine da Lorde são juntos os melhores álbuns debut desse século.
-
Apr 9, 2019sometimes billie says weird things for a 17 yo but the production on this record slaps

Mar 31, 2019I kinda like this album. It's creative and the songs sound good. F. O'Connell made a very good job. (he produced all tracks). Billie is only 17 and it's her debut album!
-
Mar 30, 2019It is without doubt one of the best releases of 2019.
Sincere compositions and comes bringing something new in the music. -
Apr 25, 2019Vey unique album. Has a mostly dark tone with a few bright moments thrown in. Definitely one of the most creative albums in recent time. when the party's over is absolutely amazing.

Jul 30, 2021One of the best albums I’ve heard in the last 10 years definitely worth all the accolades.
-
Jun 24, 2019One of the most interesting releases of the year! The only problem with the record is Billie’s voice in some points/songs where it’s barely audible.
-
Jun 20, 2019Different than everything out there right now! This album is amazing! A little bit more of a spark would have been good! Maybe a second Bad Guy type of song, a little more upbeat maybe
-
Jun 28, 2019Fascinating as Billie shows in this album that takes a mix of theme very well sung and with arrangements that mark who is the new voice of Indie-Pop
-
-
Apr 6, 2019The key words are 17 years old... SHE'S 17! at that age, being able to come up with such a complete album, it's says a lot on what is coming in the following years from Billie. Almost every songs give me chills every single time i listen to them. Yes, i consider myself as a fan, but i was scared that her album would go 5 directions For all those reasons, i give it a 9/10.

Apr 9, 2019Billie expresses in a clear and beautiful manner her dark and vibrant genius. The combination between FINNEAS stunning production and Billie’s angelic voice makes out of this debut album a total beauty with so many pleasing songs
-
Jun 27, 2019It’s a good album, great production but the lyrics are so basic, already the second best album of the year
-
Jul 12, 2019Applause to the first ASMR pop-album. Genius piece of art performed by young girl with a lot to say (or whisper) to you.
-
Dec 6, 2019This album has proved Billie's potential. it was a phenomenon, considering that it was her debut album. Billie brings a cohesive and self composed work, which sounds great to listen. Despise a few songs that didin't catch me, the set is amazing.

Nov 25, 2019Definitely one of the best if not the best pop album of the year the instrumentals from finneas are very variable, catchy and always perfectly fitting to the track its on it has hard hitting bangers as well as beautiful ballads billies voice is on point and she shows off her talent on nearly every track her songwriting although sometimes a little bit -deep- is also pretty good
-
Jan 10, 2020I was at concert of Billie. The atmosphere was amazing! Album is amazing,it is the second best female album of 2019,after thanl u,next!
-
Jan 28, 2020A real album about younger and adulthud soft and so powerful, with a young singer and so smart with her brother that do the best lyrics and now write for the biggest singers in the world
-
Jul 25, 2020a impressive project with such unique works.Good but not that perfect.I enjoyed this album and feel crazy about couple songs. Look forward to what's next
-
-

Jun 28, 2021Possibly one of the best albums from 2019, this album has strong track after strong track with fantastic vocal performances from both Billie and her brother. The production is some of the best I have ever heard and it's genuinely a joy to listen to with a good hifi setup.
-
Jun 29, 2021The Avril Lavigne of this generation, in comparation of the rest her music stays unique and not as commercial or basic but still very successful “Bad Guy” is already a classic and huge. Massive debut album including all Grammys along with a cool impactful image to her brand. Go Billie!
-

Aug 2, 2021What a debut album ! Productions, vocals, lyrics... this project is a true gem, just as Billie

Nov 6, 2019Ok, isn't the most original stuff, but "WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?" impresses by its consistence and cohesion, some melodies are variations of same thing, but there's still too many sounding layers and reflexive lyricism, which demonstrates maturity about composition and production, considering Billie and her brother's few age.
-
Jul 14, 2019This is my album of the year so far. And that is coming from an 18 year old male who primarily listens to hardcore rap and heavy metal. Billie's voice is undoubtedly great and works impressively well with the dark, sinister instrumentation. It's pop music with an edge and in an age of hollow, boring and uninspired trap bangers, this is an extremely refreshing listen.
-
-
Apr 7, 2019Dark, creepy, and captivating. Great first album from Billie! Favourite songs from the record are 'bury a friend', 'bad guy' and 'my strange addiction'.
-
Jan 16, 2020This album isn't just great for a then 17 year old. Most artists don't surpass this for their entire careers. This is a dark, innovative and terrific listen. The minimalistic yet tasteful production allows Billie's unbelievable vocals to shine. It is one of the best pop albums of the decade.
-
Apr 12, 2019the start of the album is not very good, but from 'bury a friend' it's too good.
-
-
Apr 1, 2019It's a shame that the popularity and promotion behind Billie Eilish has poisoned the well a bit, as When We All Fall Asleep is actually an artful, well-crafted, and unique pop album.
FAV TRACKS: BAD GUY, XANNY, YOU SHOULD SEE ME IN A CROWN, ALL THE GOOD GIRLS GO TO HELL, WISH YOU WERE GAY, BURY A FRIEND, ILOMILO, LISTEN BEFORE I GO, I LOVE YOU, GOODBYE
LEAST FAV TRACK: WHEN THE PARTY'S OVER -
Mar 29, 2019A surprisingly cohesive, diverse and strong debut album, Billie Eilish rises the bar for alternative and indie musicians. The experimenting sounds are one of the album keys, along Billie and her brother's songwriting team. Though some songs might be difficult to follow or listen (xanny) is notorious that Billie has already cemented her sound on the music industry at the age of 17.

-
Aug 16, 2019Billie Eilish's debut album is deserving of the praise its getting and is an unforgettable body of work.
-
Aug 23, 2019Billie is a singer that we are not used to hear. She has made an album different to what pop music is nowadays. When the party is over is really good.
-
Jul 29, 2021had a few really good tracks and had some ok ones, overall it was a good album
-
Nov 18, 2021This album is consistently good from start to finish. Is it perfect? Not by any means. Despite this, Eilish manages to capture the tone she was going for perfectly in her debut album (although she had previously released an EP.)
-
Nov 30, 2020The 17-year-old pop star Billie Eilish takes the world by storm with her well-crafted debut album.
Favorite tracks: bad guy, xanny, all the good girls go to hell, when the party's over, bury a friend, ilomilo, listen before i go, i love you
Least favorite tracks: 8 -
Jun 7, 2020Como ela tem 17 ANOS e conseguiu fazer isso??? Cara, perfeito!!!! Espero que ela lance o próximo logo.
-
May 25, 2021This is severely underrated. Billie and Fineas craft such a great LP with meticulous production, writing, and vocals which unfortunately gets passed up by many.
FAV TRACK: ilomilo
LEAST FAV TRACK: 8 -
Jul 24, 2020Its one hell of a good album, i just dont like all the darkness, like shes out for blood on every single track. I mean, its not a bad thing, i just didnt like it.
-
Aug 28, 2020She has such a unique voice and song writing talent at such a young age. I love that she doesn't need to shake her arse on counter tops half naked for views. I love so many songs off this album, but I can't listen to it too often as some are a little heartbreaking. As a first offical album from an artist, it doesn't get as nice as this very often. Excited to see what she does next!
-
Mar 20, 2021This album is really overrated because it is Billie, but it also has its worth.
-
Apr 8, 2022The highs are thrilling, and despite their obvious pedigree, arranged unlike anything else in contemporary pop. They also reveal the lows more starkly: the saccharine, coyly suggestive 8, played on a ukulele, and I Love You, which sounds suspiciously like Hallelujah, are better off left to YouTube ingenues than an artist of Eilish’s otherwise clear vision.
-
Feb 1, 2023It's definitely better than 'dont smile at me', but 2/3 tracks or maybe more are lacking something.
-
Jan 13, 2023The slow ballads on this thing are beautiful and I'd argue nearly perfect, and the catchy pop tunes are mostly great as well. I have some issues with a few individual tracks and some issues with the writing but overall a great debut for a literal kid.

Apr 14, 2019Overall, a solid project. Love some of the slower/ darker tracks towards the end. Production is A+. No complaints.
-
Mar 31, 2019Billie asserts her position as one of the world's top upcoming artists, this debut album just proves that point. There is definitely room for improvement, but she has done amazing considering her age and how long she's been in the game for. Her potential is so high, and I'm positive she'll reach it in her next album.

Apr 16, 2019As a debut album this is a great combo of music and voice, we seem to forget that Billie only has 18 years. Some of the songs are slow and do not have the vibe of the album but her voice is nothing extraordinary but it works perfectly.
-
Aug 21, 2019The album is good but after hearing 5 songs I got bored and hearing the others was a suffering

Pontos Positivos: "When the Party's Over", "Listen Before I Go", "I Love You"
-
Apr 14, 2019
-
Apr 1, 2019Solid album, nice production but the vocal is not interesting for the most part
-
Aug 17, 2019I don't have the same love for this everyone else seems to have but the last 3 to 4 tracks really hit home for me. Love or hate her music you can't deny Billie's voice is Incredible. Excited to see where she goes from here.
Best Tracks:i love you,ilomilo,listen before i go,when the party’s over
Worst Tracks:my strange addiction,8 -
Jan 17, 2020If i want eliminate one song from album, it was "Bad Guy", but album have that. It's good album, but without "Bad Guy", it would have been better.
-
-
Feb 15, 2021i believe it's a good album, but it's ridiculously overrated in my opinion. just because it's made by a young artist doesn't mean giving much more merit
-
Nov 19, 2021I don't know why this album won album of the year over thank you, next.
For the most part, When We All Fall Asleep is stiflingly dull and bloated.
Awards & Rankings
-
Dec 3, 2019When We All Fall Asleep Where Do We Go? is a startlingly good introduction to Billie Eilish, an album full of attitude but with the talent to back it up. Where she goes from here will be fascinating to see.
-
Oct 4, 2019The 17-year-old sensation takes pop iconography and musical status quo and lacerates it, opting out of femme fatale for tomboy cargos and goth macabre, and sleek soundscapes for creepy eccentrics.
-
Q MagazineApr 9, 2019This surprising, haunting album will speak powerfully both to her peers and to anyone who remembers how youth can sometimes feel like an overwhelming weight. [Jun 2019, p.110]
