Rosie Thomas returns with her sixth in career LP entitled "With Love". Anyone who remembers artist's previous efforts may be slightly disappointed. Thomas certainly has a great voice, which she can respectively modulate - in particular it can be heard in subdued, folk compositions such as "2 Birds", "Really Long Year", or lethargic "Sometimes Love". Thomas certainly has a great voice, which she can respectively modulate - in particular it can be heard in subdued, folk compositions such as "2 Birds", "Really Long Year", or lethargic "Sometimes Love". The album is a decent project, perhaps it's time for change and replace Thomas in the folk version to a slightly more accessible to a wider audience? Collapse

Those who shudder at the thought of a Dawson's Creek soundtrack should steer well clear, but loved-up fans of good old-fashioned singer/songwriter pop will find plenty to enjoy here.

Thomas' honesty, as much as any performance herein, is the commanding factor overall, making it easy, and in fact, all but unavoidable, to fall in love With Love.
