Critic score distribution:
  1. Positive: 6 out of 7
  2. Negative: 0 out of 7
  1. TDS' debut full-length captures punk's careless mischief and re-keys it for the new millennium.
  2. Worldwide‘s participatory highs are intense, if fleeting, and that cover would look amazing on a t-shirt.
  3. Best advice for approaching Worldwide? Stick to moderation. Small doses are a thrill, but consume too much and you’ll find yourself in need of a dark quiet room and a cold wet towel draped across your forehead.
  4. In short this is a album that you put on for instant and disposable thrills.
  5. A great deal of Death Set's charm lies in how their toothsome double-guitar attack is deliberately undermined by their tinkertoy beats and new-waved keys; when the band try to overcompensate with the aggro.
  6. They certainly are short and spiky but they aren’t particularly memorable even after a few listens.
  7. The only thing keeping The Death Set from being remarkably original is the repetition of Siera’s beloved drum machine.
